Communication is great too, I got regular updates of my delivery. I don't speak dutch but I use an app to scan/translate and I just use English to communicate with Crisp team. I love their meat. I am quite difficult to convince, but the quality of beef and chicken were amazing. I also liked their specialities around Cristmas, dry saussage is quite good too. it is interresting to see where everything comes from, the farmers and the region. the cheeses are also incredible. I had never used online supermarket before in my life and I will continue for sure. Thank you Crisp!!!

Bad experience!! Since I installed the Crisp app I gained 6 kilos. Their bake-off pastry is so good, I hardly leave the house anymore. I hope they do not change their expensive pricing, because then I would even buy more.

It would be nice if they had more options of payment, or that they would accept German/EU debit cards. I am an international student, and will not receive my bsn number until next month so I cannot create a dutch bank account. Other than that, the app looks incredible but haven't been able to use it because of that.

Awesome service, terrible UX. I can understand why English is not a priority for this business. But at least enable text selection on recipe instructions screen. That would let me copy-paste into google translate app, and I wouldn't have to type all of that text manually or screenshot it. Thanks.

This is an excellent app that provides a wonderful service. I have been using it for a few months quite regularly, and they have an excellent selection, lots of variety, and of an amazing quality. Lots of products you can't find in common supermarkets and so far all of them have impressed me positively. What I love the most is how much care they put on providing a service that aligns with my pronciples: lots of biological products with the minimum amount of packaging when possible. Lovely!
