What's the purpose of a banking app ? Isn't it to manage your money better, to see at any moment how much money do you have in your bank account ? Well, this app it's defeating the purpose of having a banking application. The updates on your account are so slow. You make a payment today, and it appears on your application in 1 week. 👎I know you can do it better France. Come on. 😂😂😂

So long to open the app, sometimes 2 mins. Useless for overseas clients as you need a QR code they send to your house, in France! No option to send by email. Then the only other option is to log in via the website, which defeats the purpose of the app. So, as a result this app is useless to me. I thought I would give it one more chance with the update, but NO, still the same.

Je trouve l'application très fluide et très intuitive. L'interface est sobre mais efficace. Il est très facile de parcourir ses comptes, accéder aux documents, avoir des alertes ou encore obtenir un numéro Virtualis. Seul bémol mais pour lequel je n'enlève pas d'étoile: le montant affiché pour chaque transaction avec CB Virtualis me semble erroné. Il affiche le montant total restant sur la CB virtuelle. Cela m'a donné une petite frayeur la première fois. Mais à part celà, très bien.

Depuis le mis à jour le plus récent, c'est impossible de connector avec un impreint. Il dire toujours qu'il est a échoué. Je désactiver et reactiver cet moyen de connecter, et...le même problème. Il marche sans problème avant. Appareil: Samsung S9, Android 8. Mise à jour: Je supprimer et reinstallé cet app. Quel rigamarole. Et maintenant? "Un problème est survenu" quand j'essai de activer connexion par empreint. Nota - mon téléphone n'est PAS rooté.
