I've always like Credit Karma. I loved their free tax service - used it for several years. I hate that they sold it Cash App. l don't do Cash App. The only other complaint I have is that they keep "recommending" things that you already got through their service: loans, credit cards, and such. Like, I got this card through you. Quit trying to get me to get it. You should already know I have it.

App is a joke. It tells me I already have an account and it gives me an email address that I've never had. I've never had this app before because I've never tried to do anything with my credit before. It says to contact support I keep clicking the button but it never connects to support it just says timed out. So they've alerted me to a problem because apparently someone else is using my credit but offer no way to fix this .

Attempted to sign into the app a few days ago and a message popped up that my account was deactivated. Went round and round with member support, gave them everything they asked for, no help. Just received an email from them stating the following;"Thank you for reaching us back and taking the time to re-send your document. Upon checking in the system and due to risk concerns we are unable to reactivate the account at this time. So that's it????

Credit Karma has done a great job at helping me manage my credit building.It gives you a good breakdown of how your credit score works, and how certain components work together, to help your score. I love the free credit checks, as well as the weekly updates. I'm not too sure about the finance portion, I don't use it, but keep up the good work!

Credit Karma does not have anyplace to them a credit card they suggested or a credit card you were interested in was supposed to do a soft pull but did a hard pull. Most of the credit bureau's will tell you to send a written complaint. Doesn't work. I sent one to the companies & the credit bureaus and nothing. No sign of it on there. Credit Karma makes money if you apply; even if you have outstanding odds you usually don't get it. I would not recommend.

I have never had such a bad experience with a prepaid card. There is absolutely NO LOGICAL EXPLANATION as to why you charge my account. The finance is removed from my account yet the TRANSFER IS PENDING???? Not to be made available for another 7 to 10 day. That is simply HORRIBLE SERVICE. I respect you Credit Report service yet the Card is GARBAGE. Also, why charge me, keep my cash and then charge me again. This kills it all. A direct transfer should not take all of this. UNHAPPY COSTUMER!!!

None of the advertised loan options work. What I mean is the button itself doesn't link to anything and it's an offer with no way to follow up on. I tried updating the app and no dice. It's also extremely lackadaisical in updating both my credit score and payment history. Needless to say if you want to know your credit score six months ago, this is the app for you. If you were hoping to refinance or take out a personal loan or credit card, the app has a look but don't touch policy.

The credit scores on here are so far off from what they TRULY are when lenders pull credit. So, people that use this app think they have excellent credit, but then get denied or have terrible rates / terms if they do get approved. Is this a joke? How hard can it be to have accurate scores? Or, maybe include a disclaimer somewhere that says something like "Credit scores on this app mean nothing and don't correlate with reality. They're just there to make you feel good." I mean come on.
