Well, I've had this app for years, and would regularly read articles, but about six months ago the captions on pictures started loading on top of themselves. That was annoying, but I could deal with it. Last week, however, the app just broke. No matter the connection type (wifi, data, dial-up, carrier pigeon, etc.) the app just declares that nothing can be loaded due to no internet. Reinstalling has been tried to no avail. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The company always has great articles! Loved them for years. Their app however sucks. Just like all the other reviewers problems. Most pictures will not show & captions more than a line long will over lap. Now, it wont load at all. It says no internet connection which is false. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it. It did not fix it. Using a browser, then it works fine.

This app has completely died. I'm sitting right next to my router, and the app is telling me there's no internet connection, even though ads load just fine. Cracked, it's been fun, but if you can't be bothered to fix this app, then just say so, and let it be dropped. Again: it's an actual app -- sitting in the Play Store -- that does exactly nothing. It's a content-delivery app -- that is completely devoid of content. It doesn't merely function poorly, it straight up doesn't function! 0 stars!

This app started out great before going downhill. I previously uninstalled the app over fullscreen ads that couldn't be closed. I decided to give the app another chance and it is now completely broken. Opening it just gives the message "Your request could not be completed at this time because no internet connection was detected." My 1 star rating is too much. Also app was last updated November 20th, 2017. It's no wonder why it doesn't work.

Alright. I have been a loyal fan of cracked, for years. I love this site and I used to love the app. However nowadays, I never get to see any pictures. Sometimes articles won't open, other times it opens to a white screen with a black test of the article name..and nothing else. This has been beyond irritating! It's not my phone seeing as I've had this problem thru four phones and a tablet and they ALL do this. And come on guys last app update was almost a year ago? We want to read your content and use your app but that's not really possible of the app is so buggy!

I used to love this app and read it daily. Now images don't load, captions overlap, and you have to reload an article multiple times to get it to actually show up. It seems like the site has just given up on its app as this has gone on for months. Edit: For the past few days the app loads to a black screen with an error message that there's no internet connection. Despite this, the ads are loading fine. This app is completely broken.

I used to use this app daily, I got passed the pictures not loading because it'd had that problem for so long. However for the past month or so nothing will load at all, I just get a black screen with the dropdown menu where all options lead to the same black screen. It says "no internet connection was detected." Clearly no one has bothered to check on the app to make sure its still functional since in the store it says last updated November 2017, I have no hope it'll be fixed anytime soon.

Very poor app that is obviously getting worse over time. Only a couple pictures in each article will load. The captions for the pictures are usually formatted incorrectly so they're difficult if not impossible to read. The entry titles are often formatted incorrectly as well, so that can make the entire article difficult to read (if not impossible). The app won't save your bookmarks. These issues have been going on for a long time so they obviously have no plans to fix them. Very disappointing.

app used to be 3 stars (photos almost never loaded in the articles in the app, which kinda defeated the point of some of the articles). however, recently the app stopped working altogether. no matter what I did, it said the app wasn't working because there was no internet connection. in all cases, my internet and/or 4G was connected and working well otherwise. for this reason, I've uninstalled.

Over the years, I've ignored the fact that the images didnt load. If I was that interested, I'd just go to the actual website. Annoying but not a deal breaker. But now the App doesnt even work...It doesnt seem like they plan on fixing things since the image issue has been a problem for a LONG time. Perhaps they've just given up. Edit * now the website is barely functional as the cycle of adware just keeps flipping you to a new page no matter what you do. Super disappointed.
