Worked perfectly for a long time now takes forever to show anything. Click to log in and have to close the app 3 or 4 times to get it to show any information or let it sit and load for 10+ minutes

Every time I try to log in I receive the error message "our system is experiencing difficulties that are preventing you from logging in. please try again later. code aec4." I've been trying for weeks and from android phone, PC, and tablet with no luck. it takes all my credentials but then gives me the error message. Very frustrated

When it works they way it should, it's an awesome app and is very convenient.....one thing that would make this app way more convenient is to ad a feature to make changes to account addresses with an e-signature so you don't have to go to a branch for this stuff or try to log in online to do it. If it's on the app, you can do most banking task directly from the app itself.

I'm not sure of any updates that's may have been installed but recently there has been a long lag before the app open on to the login screen....Before all you had to do is tap on the logo and the login screen pops right up...Now, when you tap the logo or anywhere on the page it takes about 60 seconds for the login screen to appear...PLEASE FIX!!!...Love the app otherwise!!

I love the app. It's easy to use and gives enough information. There are several additional items you can use but it doesn't always transition as well. I would give it a 5 if it didn't freeze sometimes in between accounts. Still a great app to have.

I like the new app with the exception. Any time I try to log in, the app glitches. Once I tap to input my password it flashes uncontrollably and I've got to uninstall and reinstall the app. I've had to do this probably 12-13 times already. Really becoming annoying

I'm able to do my banking on the go & it's so convenient!...and if there was an issue or something I didn't quite understand, all I have to do is call customer service and they'll walk me right through each step as in online!!! Great job CPM!!!👍🏼
