Does exactly what I wanted - counting down the days, even when the event is many years in the future. You can colour code events by type, too.

The way it handles "add notifications", is complicated and not all that functional (unable to assign desired sound). Each time the same event is updated it recreates the notification name. Resulting in many notifications (duplicates) with the same name listed in the device settings. No way to tell which duplicate event is which, and what sound was used. Reached out to developer in email, on how to use the repeat feature. Responded, has so-so email support.

Like BUT...How do you change the time for daylight saving. Its 2 hours behind. I was in mountain time zone and now im eastetn time zone.

I literally checked out 17 different countdown apps in the last two days, before choosing this one as the winner. They all share similar functions, but this one had everything I wanted (large text, countdown AND countup timers, notifications and more)and it seems to work glitch free so far, as I continue to take it for a rough test drive. I paying the small price for premium in the next five minutes.

Actually I look for an app with wide range countdown,to use it for months and weeks until my very important exam. It is an important capability to add the timer to phone lock screen for reminding my exam to me.This app is a great timer but if it had the capability of adding to lock screen, it was perfect.thank you.

app is fairly easy to use however the countdown should be number of years from the occurring date not from date info imputed, for example: number of years from DOD to this year is 30 years not 6 months. Or at least give us the option. of Countdown.

So far a really great system for tracking and organizing tasks by hard completion deadlines and grouping by categories. I feel like I've been looking for an app like this for years. Outstanding!
