Description
COSMOTE TV Smart Remote application allows you to control your Set-Top-Box (STB) (provided that you are a COSMOTE TV subscriber) using your smartphone or tablet as you are currently doing with your remote control.
In addition, through the application, you can navigate within the categories of the COSMOTE TV menu (Channel Program, REPLAY TV, ON DEMAND catalogues) and view additional program information without interrupting the program that you are watching on your TV, while you have the option to tune your TV to the desired program using your device.
In order to communicate the device with the STB, the following requirements must be met:
a) the stb should be in Hybrid mode and connected to the internet and
b) the device should be connected to the same local network (same wifi) as the STB.
