Very fun game, you have to pay attention heavily on who you recruit, how you play them, strategies to use against different match ups. So far on my main save i started with dead last UNLV and powered them to a perrenial national championship program by 2060 with 20 national championships and 5 star recruits flowing each year. It can be hard but once you learn and recruit well it becomes easier

It's good, but some of the settings can't be changed. I'd love to select the play by play option, but it does not show selected when I click it. Coaches change strategies based on what happens during the game, my brothers and I in the 60's played "Football Strategy", a fun game that somehow calculated the odds of a play succeeding based on playcards selected, and we played for a fairly long time. Me and both my brothers played football on 6-8th grade teams, a simulation has less pain.

I like the game mechanics a lot, but it is definitely glitchy. It also is extremely hard. I can consistently have top 15 offense and defense but go 6-6. Game is very difficult.

Extremely difficult, glitchy (I was ranked #4 beat #1 and moved down to #11?). I do like the fact you can edit all the teams. And the depth is good too. But overall the game isn't as good as some of the other ones.
I just really like bandanas
The games a pretty fun football manager to play if you want to kill some time I suppose. Most of my problems with the game are fairly small and most likely because I suck at recruiting players (psst, you should totally add an auto recruit feature), however, one thing I despise about the game is the ranking system and how it operates. Don't get me wrong, I love letter the smaller teams get a chance in the top 25, but when you're ranked #12 and win 34-21 to a #81 Ole Miss and get dropped to #31, it starts to piss you off. I've encountered that issue numerous times, and it's annoying to say the least, Knowing that even if I manage to barley pull a win over a somewhat bad team, I'm most certainly out of the national championship conversation

I've been playing this iteration of the game since it's been in development, and even made some suggestions that the developer took into consideration. It's an epic time killer that I binge play on my commutes. Sure, the interface is a tad clunky, but that's because he's working within the framework of the original game (which is still fun in its own right). The fact is, once you get the hang of where everything is, you can mow through seasons within minutes, and yet still control a lot from the director level (thibk GM level for a pro league). You can also slow down and do lots of research before making decisions, too, so the game is great no matter how much time you have to kill.

This sim does a lot of things right. The game engine seems realistic, and I loved being able to use the team editor to insert my conference of fictitious Florida colleges (led by the University of the Everglades Pythons). Where I have a problem is with the data presentation. The vertical lists of players' game stats are very hard to read and absorb, compared to the traditional newspaper box score. The same goes for in-season totals, switching between single categories instead of showing them as a multi-column table. Being able to easily read and compare stats helps me develop an affinity with my fictitious players, and this game falls short in that respect. Improve the data format and you'll have a real winner. I'd also like to see more focus on what's going on in my conference instead of endless lists of colleges that I don't really care about (until the Sweet 16 starts).

I love this game, the only thing i dont like that the redshirt sophmore's can't declare for the draft which they should be able to. Please fix

This game is a wonderful simulation for its statistics and play style. I only wish that when your character reincarnated, the stars from your previous character(s) were saved. Everytime I reincarnate, all of the records from previous players and my coach are lost, which is a core part of the game for me.

I really enjoyed the game before the update, but there's an incredibly sour taste in my mouth about the game since I lost my save that I had spent a lot of time on. Still though, I tried the update and the balancing is all off. I'm stuck recruiting 3 star guys with the occasional bust of a 4 star, the new interface is clunky, I've selected a certain defense multiple times only for it to revert back to something else. I'm on the Reddit so I understand what's up, but this update has lost me.
