I don't know if it depends on the app or on the company managing the machines but I spent 25 minutes trying to get my bottle of water, missed the train, and topped up the service with 5€ which I'll never get back because I'm not going to use this service anymore. btw I did not manage to get the bottle and I'm an expert user. For the customer support: If it's not directly depending on the app, than you should talk to your clients and let them take their responsibility. It sucked.

There are trash apps. And then there's this POS taking idiocy to a new level. Yes, everyone's correct that the confirmation sms never sends. But that begs the question in the first place- why does a coffee app need your email and phone number in the first place? Either they're selling your data/marketing to your number or they're just trying to make it unreasonably difficult for their own customers. Very dumb.

Minus if there was a chance. Download the app, add card, payed 0.05 and it won't work!!! There is no number on the machine that suits the demand of the app, nothing to scan... Ahh hang on... Maybe I read it wrong and it was scam!!!

The app works fine and the operation to top up your credit via credit card or coin is really good, however the connection with the coffee machine often require two or more attempt to disconnect your credit.. you should improve that function because is time consuming for me at work.

Good. Customer service sorted a credit problem after a few days. The vending machines in the factory Im working in all require a key or exact change. Im only visiting so dont have a key. This app means i dont need to carry the exact change anymore! I look forward to seeing this on all the vending machines.

I remember waiting in line and started feeling sleeping so we got up to the coffee machine and saw this app we had change but the machine could not use those ... Luckily the machine could top up the account on the app and that's how this app became my favourite ... Now I save my spare change to top up the app

After new update, when i enter my number it says there is no such number in our directory, and when i use same number to register it says that this number belongs to an existed account which is actually my account and yet not letting me log in!!!!!!!! Seriously guys? At least answer my email •_•
