I think the app is great! Although, I feel the symptoms bit is a bit vague - I don't really know what they mean by some of them, especially the arm, hand, leg and ankle weakness and the fine control of hands... I also think it should have different options for the pain, because my pain isn't always in the same place everyday. The surveys seem good - although I haven't had the chance to fill a lot of them out yet

While the zip code issue has been fixed, I'm still having issues with the app. I was going to enter my symptoms today, but it says it's having trouble retrieving data, and to check my wifi/data. My wifi is working, but I tried using data (full bars), and still got the same message.

Entering date of birth, defaults to today's date and only way to get to my birthdate requires tapping back one month at a time. I don't find repeated tapping easy, causes too much hand and forearm pain. Going back to 1959, is going to take a long time with too much tapping or swiping, going back six months was painful enough. Using Lenovo tab e8 TB-8304F1 Nougat ver. 3.18.35 Finally found that I can change the year by tapping, not a problem with the app at all, more my inexperience with touchscreens, and a less than obvious cue that by tapping on the year,, this can be changed, previously I must have tapped all around the date at the top, but missed the spot to change the year. Frustrating. I would find d a desktop version so much easier to use, loss of dexterity and touchscreens do not mix well.

Was glitchy and some questions didn't have either a) the answer option that related to me or b) opportunities to skip questions due to problem a. Not well thought out surveys. And still having the issue with the date skipping.

Useless app. I just got diagnosed and recently moved to another state. I don't have a treating physician or hospital yet. And because I don't have these yet I can't even register to use this app. What is the purpose of this app if we are forced to give info most don't have?? When I was diagnosed there wasn't a treating doctor within 400 miles of me. Now there's one closer but I have other more important things to deal with.

Fantastic for anyone with CMT. It helps you keep track of your daily symptoms etc and also lets you provide information that will generate statistics and help others with CMT. Im in a UK Facebook CMT group (CMT Friends UK) and we all love it.

I love this. Surveys are great the info u get but my favourite is the symptoms diary. So everyday I don't have to write in a diary like a toddler I can just tap away in this and show to my dr. Where has this been all my life!!

I have tried to register, but I keep getting Invalid Zipcode! Why is this happening? As a result, I can't access the app! VERY disappointed!

I tried 5 different zip codes and none of them said they were valid which is ridiculous! It's so sad because I was really looking forward to it!! 😢😢😢
