Half star is more for this app.Worst app i booked my tickets with more lag . even i have not get the tickets and haven't get refund . i lost my money by booking tickets in this app, very late responce on booking, DONT USE THIS APP WORST APP AND SERVICE. I haven't got refund yet it have been 2 Months i was mailing to customer service daily but no use they said i will get money with in a week. WORST promise and service.

The app does basic things of booking tickets but the complaint and suggestion section is not functional it seems. I had booked my tickets oncr directly from physical counter and had given my number to add on points, but they were not added. From the apps complaint section i had raised this twice but still there is no response. I had also put in complaint about the pop corn and other food stuffs quality at some of cinepolis centers in Thane, there was no response and no improvements as well. Hencr i think only the basic functionalities are working in this app

Please never I say never use this app for booking tickets. Money gets deducted but movie tickets will not be generated. Not even a single customer care number to raise issue. U can only email them and they say our team is looking into the issue as if it's a big matter. This app and their service literally sucks. I am not the only person who suffered from this but they are some lakhs of members. You can just see by the rating itself. It's not even worth of 1 star.

Worst App. I can't book tickets. Automated response wont do any good until unless you fix issues in your app. Bookmyshow app works without issues, try to integrate cinepolis club points to bookmyshow offer section and save time of customer and yours by closing this app. I dont see any club cinepolis option in bookmyshow app and website. Are you sure?? Did you ever try to book the same way??

Don't get fooled guys, the app is not good for ticket booking. Even I lost my money. Its like I had to pay double to watch a movie. No response from the support team also. Even after following up for 3 months the only response I received is 'we are checking and will get back to you soon'

I had booked my 3 ticket on 3sep2021 but could not get M ticket which link you sent by text would found error.

First of all this app doesn't allow me to redeem my club cinepolis points. Second of all everytime i try to book a ticket over the app it is confused which e-mail address is actually associated with the account, i always to try 2-3 times before it goes for the transaction else says not associated with the account and Last but not the least from the current update i find that once I am done with payment it doesn't come backto the dashboard or home screen shows a time out , hence my purchase never shows up on the MyTickets thanks to the mailing service that gives me the ticket else I wouldn't have been albe to enter the cinema. Another noteworthy thing is that the mTicket link that comes with the sms doesn't give any MTicket just a blue blank screen. Even your website is also so very bad UI and functionality. Please fix your bugs.

No Glitch in the App, as the App itself is a Glitch. it appears as if creators have just created and never looked back. this app needs updates from basic ground level. everything within app needs update. No links works properly, everytime ypu click on book now with all the details filled will show new price of the everytime selected same seats. also mostly payment is made bit tickets are npt booked. feedup of making a single booking since last two days.. please update or remove it from server.

I wonder why others preferring PVR and INOX over Cinepolis. No doubt Cinepolis has better theaters and movie screens to entertain audience. But, their customer service sucks. They web page sucks and their app too. I am trying to redeem some points as I am a Cinepolis Club member. But, there UI doesn't seem to design as per that. Didn't find the space where I can use the redeem points. This really sucks .
