Terrible app. If something goes wrong at the purchase screen or you want to review the seats location, it kicks you out. If you try to buy again, you're unable to use any discounts you had applied before or see the tickets you had selected previously, even after waiting after more than 5 minutes. I've been trying to purchase tickets for days and I always get the same problems. The system is frustrating and annoying.

Well, it's been awhile, and I'm pleased all covid measures are clearly explained. With one exception, this version of the app works like a dream. I have none of the issues other users are commenting on. I have one major complaint & it's the same one I've had for years; you can't combine gift card balances, nor pay with multiple gift cards. I currently have multiple cards with small balances, not useful unless I want to use a credit card as well. I don't, that is WHY I HAVE the gift cards loaded

App should save tickets in a cart until the 5 minute timer expires. Should also be able to save vouchers to my wallet instead of having to re-enter it every time the app has a glitch and kicks me out of the checkout area. I've been trying to buy tickets for 30 mins and the last time it kicked me out it locked my voucher up for 20 minutes. Ridiculous!

One of the few shittest app and service I have ever used. The purchase window disappeared after changing the payment method, and then the seat I selected showed as occupied(not bought by others). You also cannot change the seat or refund after selecting the wrongseat pne week before the showing time

"An error occurred while processing this request" whenever I try to look at any showtimes to buy tickets.. isn't this the whole point of having the app? 🤔 clearing cache, app data, reinstalling and logging in again but doesn't seem to be working for me

App seems to not be working. I am able to login after reinstalling, but then it takes too long to load. Then after I close the app and re-open it, it asks to turn on location and I keep getting an error message and can't get past that. It is essentially unusable.

Use to do what I wanted it to which was look at my local theatres for times and what is playing. Now it is just a blank white screen that never works. You made some changes under the hood alright. Instead of improving it you completely broke it. Good Job.

There seems to be an issue within your cineplex system, I had 2 other scene cards connected to my cineplex account and now it only shows my main card. I tried to add the other 2 cards back into my account in the app and it's saying that they both are already connected to 5 other cineplex accounts and cannot add onto any more accounts?

App is horrible now. I've always used a Facebook account to log on and now it just errors. Can't switch my scene card either to a Google account.

Works to see local movie listings. However, trying to send tickets to other people is a bit of a nightmare and totally did not work.
