One star is too much, this app is so glitchy, and the cinemood is almost impossible to use without the app, definitely needs a LOT of work. Not impressed, but stuck with it since I bought the cube.

Interface is incredibly outdated. Cannot connect more than one device to the app. Cannot remove or add a device or change user info. Change your email? Too bad. Location services must be enabled. Entering names and passwords is excruciating. Ridiculous. I had hoped with the release of the TV version that app enhancements would also be forthcoming. The Cinemood device itself is excellent, the app hardly makes it worth it.

Good idea but horrible implementation. Most frustrating are overheating and connectivity issues. You gather your family for a movie and then spend 20 min trying to connect to that damn device. I recommend you to return your cinemood if you just bought it. Tech support is responsive but they don't solve real issues. You can't mirror your screen or cast from your android phone. How is that possible in this day and age? Disappointing

It is difficult to connect the device to my phone. It shouldn't be this difficult for new tech. It is also not clear why our phone number is required when setting up the app/device. Using amazon prime and searching on it is such a loop where it kicks me out of the streaming service back to the main menu. It takes so long to connect the device to the phone and app. I will be returning the device as it doesn't work work and the app doesn't operate well too

I feel like the app has gotten much better since we first bought the product. My favorite new-to-me feature is the button lock feature. It's great! I've also just figured out two finger scrolling. I had no clue how to do that and we've had this thing for a year.It worked great for scrolling through Disney+!!!

We have had nothing, but issues when it comes to functioning our cinemood. When it works it is great. I am over it and beyond frustrated we wasted our money and all of our time with it. I do not have the time in my life to dick around with it and email you guys with every issue that arises. This week it is not responding to our app or the functioning buttons on top to select any apps I seriously don't get it.
