Am so disappointed with your services most especially when it comes to cashing out. It's now over 3 days I can't cash out my money. Why don't you rectify that issue. Because it's adding cash is so convenient.l, you can add at any time easily, but accessing your money back is a problem. Am so discouraged by your services, and am likely to stop using this app.

Sadly very frustrating to deal with and very disappointing. When they say response time is a few hours for the help desk, be prepared to wait up to 2 days or more. App (updated) is stuck in verification loop with no explanation why (just a generic response from help desk that I need to upload clear documents). Uploaded a readable ID several times with good quality cam, only to find it start the process again after a few days. I've also seen no attempt to find an alternative solution.

At first when i got this app through out the week, i liked how it was working very efficiently when sending money and even cashing out but right now it keeps on showing the same "something went wrong message" when i try to cash out even the quick support team that was always replying to my messages aren't responding. I had liked the app but these issues it has especially when you want to use the money urgently but it can't withdraw for now two "days" should be worked on then i update this review

It's a good app but the problem is when it comes to taking a video selfie, the "i'm ready" button doesn't respond immediately. It keeps on showing i'm ready even when pressed thus making the whole verification process tiresome, time & data consuming, battery consuming as well. Besides, the app keeps on freezing and recording different images instead of capturing the current face in the oval circle. Thanks

Yesterday I made a deposit into my Chipper card but till today it hasn't reflected... I chatted in-app customer support but no response! I need MY FUNDS! The app's great but I hate it when they have network issues frequently. Also, when I make a transfer, my name doesn't show on the recipient's alert. It'd be better if the issues are resolved.

Chipper is out to kill me. Over 10million naira missing on this app. Sent 1m,1.250m, 611k on 13/09/21. The 1,250m and 611k naira showed on activity but balance didn't change, the 1m never appeared. Only for 5,446,000 to be sent and same thing happened. Showed on activity but balance didn't change. My BP is 140/100 chipper wants to kill me. My chipper tag is @ibmacd. I gave been writing but no replies from support.

Hi My experience on this app is so not good. I transferred to a friend and the signal was having issues and I did it again which didn't reflect until later and when I checked my friend's balance it already entered while my own wallet was reading minus the amount. Like how come it was reading a minus when I don't even have any money inside again and my friend's money already entered for just one transaction. So not nice

This app is quiet good but I placed withdrawal and it said completed and it didn't enter my account and this is about 14 to 15 hours since I did the transaction and uptil now I've not yet received my money. My app just hooked its no longer loading yet they kept on sending me notification that I've been credited for a referral but the money doesn't reflect .....what kind of an app is this
