Am I the only one that is having trouble with the app randomly redeeming points for gift cards that you don't want? Support wants to argue with you rather than fix the issue. Also, you have to contact support to change your phone number you cannot change it yourself. Someone at support has changed my number to some bogus number and they will not change it back to my number. This used to be a great app but it no longer is. Beware, it is not worth the frustration!!!

20 points you suppose too get in store rewards but there saying 0 points even if you reinstall the app still says it or it say refresh it well I do and still no store rewards don't down load the app too many bugs

Used to give 20 points per receipt but now only 5 points & they didnt lower the amount of points needed to get prizes. Also now you have to click through two extra screens just to scan a receipt instead of doing it from the home page with one click. It already took a long time to get enough points when receipts were 20 but now that theyre only 5 points its worse. Also about 15% of the time it will not even let me scan a receipt because it says that I already scanned it... Even if I JUST got it.

Checkpoints seems to be going out of business. I read that most of their programming & support staff have been let go. Cash out now, if even possible. You will find that 50% or more of scanned receipts are found to be "previously scanned". This is just a scam to get more receipt scans without awarding credit to you.

I used to like this app. However, I can never scan receipts. 99% of the time it says it's already been scanned. I also can't scan items in the store anymore. The app always says I'm not at the location even when I'm standing in the middle of the store. I don't have problems with other apps. Just this one.

The app hasn't worked right in over a month. I keep getting failed to connect. Refresh and same thing! Tried uninstalling and reinstalling no good! It will scan once than not for the next 3 or items. Keep getting told they're working on it but in the meantime we're losing points for all these things, which makes you wonder why we even have the app or mess with it!

The app says it was updated days ago but when I try to scan receipts and click 'other receipts' then the store I shopped at, it takes me to the home screen of my phone. It's been broken for weeks. The app developers don't care. No way I'd give my credit card info to an app that lets crashes continue for weeks when you make less than pennies off the scan. No local in store scans have been available for years. The Facebook page for them is frozen in about 2017. I think they're defunct or will be.

Too many issues with this app. Continously tells me my receipt was already submitted when it's a new receipt. Deleting the app, not worth the effort for 5 points per receipt, and that's only if it accepts the receipt.

Not as good as it used to be. I don't always have the time to scan items in store… they sometimes used to offer points just for checking in to nearby places. They haven't done that in months so I'm really not even interacting with the app. There are better rewards app out there

Checkpoints, it's seems like there is always issues with your app. It can't seem to get scans in. It always tells me I have the wrong product, when it's a perfect match and I can't scan any receipts because it crashes. Pay attention to your users and please get things fixed.
