Used it for years and loved it enough to pay to unlock all the extra features. Now the icon disappeared from my phone. I am able to relocate it on Google play but now I'm being asked for more personal info and the new layout looks like a drunk hipster "designed" it.. Um. I just want my checkbook back. Not happy. UPDATE got used to the drunk hipster look. App will occasionally uninstall itself, but it's easy enough to reinstall and sync with my last save. Changing to 3/5.

I had a bad experience. I used the free app for YEARS, then one day, all of my data was gone. The customer service team corresponded with me for a while gathering information to try and recreate the problem, but they could not. I don't know if it was some weird glitch or what. But honestly, it's the best checkbook ledger I have found.

This review will be modified up to 5-stars or down to 1-star depending on the developer's response to this request for 2 seemingly minor changes to the app. The 1st is to offer a warning prior to deleting an entry. I often use the Dupicate feature and occasionally hit the Delete button by accident. Unfortunately, once you hit the Delete button the entry is immediately deleted and there is no easy way to undo that action. The 2nd request is to allow users to change the font size WITHIN the app.

Have used this app for YEARS. Loved it until this week, when suddenly it went off the rails. Tho all of my entries are correct and almost all of them have cleared, the balance is WAY off. Right now it's -54.07; should be 1400. I've checked to make sure my deposits are accurate, going back months. Can find NO reason for the balance to be so wrong/in the negative. I've done a Force Stop on the app, restarted phone - didn't fix. Going to have to start over once all transactions clear my bank. 😑

Have used this app for years, and until recently would have given it a 5 star rating, but recently the app started opening automatically in landscape mode with the accounts page and ledger side by side. I can't figure out how to reset it to the way it was, and it won't even let me enter transactions in the ledger. Very frustrating!

I have been using this for a while now probably a couple of years. Just got a new phone and backed up the data from the app to both Dropbox and Google drive and when I installed the app on the new phone and restored the data from either cloud, it says no file found. I went directly to Dropbox and Google drive and the files are there, so I don't know why the app doesn't see it. I lost all my data and now I have to enter it all again manually. So now I am looking for a different solution.
