I started using this on 3/26 and today canceled my membership. Convenient tool, but main frustrations were CONNECTIVITY: Takes too long to connect, or would not connect at all and had to "restart" (often as many as 3 times). TESTING: many times the Nano could not produce results because of an "error", even though strip was filled with blood. ACCURACY: a few times I tested twice in one sitting just to see what would happen, and the results differed 10 or more points each time.

This little nano is so easy too use its accurate and i love how my BG is displayed ony phone screen i will never use my old meter again it gave me much higher readings The Center Healrh nano measures Blood and water for a much better and accurate readings😎Too add im now walking almost 2 miles a day yaaay for me!!!💗🎉💋💜😊

Had this app for a long while. I depend on it! Went to check my sugar this morning and it has crashed so hard my phone doesnt even show it as an app. I am scared because it is the only monitor I have. I have contacted your people and no response. This is getting critical for me. No issues until you pushed an update. UPDATE:The team worked hard for 5 days to create a fix so my app is fully functional and they gave me dauly updates. Thank you for caring so much!!!

Horrible, I received the nano a week ago and it has been driving me crazy,,, it worked 2 or 3 times out of 100 that I tried testing with this NANO and we used many devices, to plug the nano into, my cell phone my wife's cell phone my tablet my wife's tablet none of it worked it's just a junk product and I will never get another thing from center health again thank you for nothing please do better next time,,, I have been a type 1 juvenile diabetic for 28 years I take four insulin shots a day

This is one of the most accurate testing methods I've ever used, and their customers support absolutely rocks. Ellie has helped me out so many times, even when I was at my wit's end over a couple issues with my phone model. I've been using them for at least 8 months now, and will continue to! I get a meter and test strips free through my medical insurance,but I gladly pay the small price for this service as well. It's so worth it. Thank you Center Health!

A little disappointed Google Pixel is not supported. App takes multiple attempts to connect. Sometimes it fails durong the testing phass and you have to start all over. Maybe my Nano is defective and I should try a new one? However, tried going back to my Note 5 only to have the app not load. 🤷

I haven't been able to get this to work at all I've tried on my phone and tablet android 11 and my wife's tablet android 10 has a hard time connecting when it finally does it will go all the way to putting blood on strip and then says oh no could not calculate results try again make sure there's enough of blood which there is

I have done all your steps if you would have read mt last reviews and this is the only way I can get a response, I WANT TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION NOW!!! I have tried your email 5 times no response I have tried the in app thing so many times no response, so now I will keep writing in here because Like I said writing in the review is the only way anyone can get a response, it's been well over 2 week since I wrote an email to you people. I got a new different meter, I NEED TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION
