Great app. It's really smooth, I've had no issues using it other then if I return to the app hours later and unable to log in, but simply closing the app and trying again always solves that. The rewards are very fair in my opinion, but I've honestly have not tried others. They have a fair amount of coins available, some you always wish they offered more in of course. I would give them 5 stars but I do not feel they are transparent enough with updating their community with new coins.

I think a lot of people give this app a lot of slack but I really didn't have much trouble starting an account. Everything was relatively quick and very easy, got verified and transferred from another wallet app without any issues. I won't deny there are problems with the app, especially with the extensive methods it goes through to protect privacy. But as annoying as it is I still kinda appreciate it. 4 star cause I only just got it and want to see if i'll main this wallet in the future or not

First of all the app is very user-friendly and it offers a lot of information in one single page meaning that i only have to look at that single page to get what I want.Other than that, there is not much issue when creating my account and completing my KYC verification. It only takes about 5min to confirm my KYC info and this is what is very like about the app very efficient.

No major issues so far, I was able to create a profile and login fine. But I'm confused about why the app opens two app processes to function. Also, seems like the performance of the app is inconsistent, sometimes forcing you to close it out and open it back up to get certain pages or features to work. Could use a little work, but it's doing its job.

Worst KYC verification experience ever! I've not had such issues with other exchanges and wallets. But this one, I've attempted numerous times. Also expiry of promo codes can start counting down even before the wallet's verified (simple thing they could have done better), so do watch out for that. Update end June: Slow but excellent customer service though. They've updated their promo terms, which i think is fair. Five stars for a team open to grow with feedback.

Nice App & Features Heard many complaints about their withdrawl process, just did a withdrawal today from them & I found the process to be Spot ON, no gliches. I even funded my account as a crypto deposit from my CoinDCX which was also pefrect. Today just went back to CoinDCX to exploit some trading opportunities in cryptos. And Celcius do credit you every week on your holding, which I confirmed my self with my holding with them. I hope to use your services often in future too.

Great interest rates for tons of cryptos, more than blockfi. The issue is that the app verification can be faulty, and can require multiple restarts to work. Also withdrawal addresses take a day before they can be used, which is good security but can be annoying if you wanted to withdraw instantly.

Transferring crypto into the accout is easy. However, the KYC processed is seriously flawed and has errored out at least 7 times now. So I can't purchase from the app or transfer my crypto out. Customer service responded quickly initially, but said the problem was resolved whe it actually still is not resolved. After reintalling the app, restarting my phone, etc., still get error message. I am very concerned about trusting them to manage my finances at this point.

I used to love this app. I have a missing BUSD transfer since more than 6 months ago and their support keeps telling that it's still in process. I'm withdrawing all of my money and suggesting my friends to do the same.

The app and the website log me out every minute! Literally. And I feel nervous about all the money I put in here, especially since the promo terms are unclear. I thought I'd get $50 + $40 for signing up and that the person who referred me would get $40 but now I'm doubtful.
