Worst online banking. If your account is a passbook savings, you have to enroll your acct first by going to your branch, fill out the form and wait forever to receive your sms pin. I have done that for over 2 years now and up until this day, they NEVER SEND ANY PIN! What's the point of doing online banking if I still have to go to the branch to enroll my account??? Your way of doing it is too old school. We're now in digital world, as much as possible should be paperless. Can I give a -100 here?

Can't even use this for my account. ZERO STARS!!! We've been trying to sign up for this for YEARS now. The bank personel always give us instructions for this, then we try to sign up. Then, like always, nothing happens! These messages just keep popping up: The host can't be accessed. Internet must be down. Even if it isn't! What the hell is that????!!!!😡😡😡

I keep on getting an error that "This device is currently not listed as on of your registered devices. Please remove one of your registered devices to register this device." I only have one registered device which is my old phone and I already uninstalled the app. I got a new phone now but I can't log in, even on my old phone after re-installing it! Same error message. Please help!

we opened up an account with you last 13apr21, -cant register on app, needs a pin. -filled out form -teller doesnt have a time frame when the PIN would be given, -received a welcome text in the same day -been sending email follow ups with no response, other than the auto response - PIN came today 23apr.. yay! -gave me another error message "Account number does not have PIN for registration, Please reach out to the nearest branch to get a ne PIN" "Seriously?!"

Many area can't be clicked to activate function. Always have issue for session conflict. Bills payment not connecting. Menu not working. Back not working. Useless app, needs update/modification for functions/buttons to work.

CBS should seriously update this app for the conveenience of its clients. So much bugs to the point of even simple commands on the app is impossible. Signing up is problematic and very frustrating, it's already my second attempt to create an account for the online app.

I love this app. Very useful. I can use it to view my latest cash out anytime. At first I had encountered difficulty on how to register my CBS account online. But after I went to CBS branch near us and fill out the form needed, at last I already connected to the app. Thank you for accommodating my concerns... Kudos to CBS representative who assist me, they're all nice♥️♥️♥️ so guys if you'd encounter hard time registering on CBS up.. just update your CBS account ♥️♥️♥️

It's user friendly in tersm of features. Though it's an advantage that I live near a CBS branch, so when I encounter an error, it's so easy to raise my concern to the bank itself. But very handy in terms of transferring and all. Have used it for mutiple transactions already.

I don't like this app. It didn't even ask me for my email yet registered a wrong one. Now I can't log in to my account because of that one time activation code they've sent to the wrong email address . I emailed them about this problem but didn't respond.
