The worst services ever. I went via call center and chose the option to request a check book but was told that I have to go thru internet banking to do that!!!!. This is aftwr 9 minutes of waiting for an answer. Why is the option even there on the menu?

There should be an easier way to log in. I shouldn't have to enter all my details everytime I close and reopen the app. Maybe you can add an OTP to reopen the app once successfully linked to a phone.

The worst customer service I have encountered till date .They never pick up calls for 6-7 minutes . Pathetic banking service . I did a mistake opening my account with this bank. The services were bad 5 months back and they are the same now . Tried calling their customer care number ...No response for more than 5 minutes.

Very cheap and 3rd class bank 3rd class services 3rd class support. No any one will respond you after services. 3rd class call center support I waited over 20 minutes on call no any one response me. Cheap and 3rd class.

i have an account in CBI unfortunately.I have not experienced such a bad service from any other bank inUAE.I would advice not to take account in this bank. They will charge from the customers fines and you will have to be behind them to get back our amount for a reason which is wrong. They change their rules without any prior mails and start charging from the customers. They changed my min balance to50000 from 10000without prior notice.this is one incident and there are many fines In other names

Bank charged me extra amount in my liability letter without any reason and from last one month I sent several mail and reminder to know about my extra amount charges but unfortunately nobody response me.very poor service

The worst bank in the UAE or you can also say the worst bank in the world I've ever seen. The biggest mistake in my life is to open an account with CBI. They deducted my balance for no reason and there manager don't have any kind of shame for saying that we have deducted your hard working amount for no reason. I'll suggest everyone for my side please stay away from CBI Scammers...!
