Carmel - Car, Taxi & Limo is an app by Carmel Car & Limousine Service in the Maps & Navigation category, listed since at least April 2021. It includes native code only for x86 64-bit, so it won't install on ordinary ARM phones (only on x86 devices such as emulators and some Chromebooks).
