This app is horrible, I messaged at least 20 babysitters and only one replied back, we texted a few times then she disappeared on me.....then I posted a job ad for a sitter and one female whom looked like she just got out of prison, no smile, didn't look very warming.... So I have come to the conclusion that just about all these babysitters had time to make a profile but didn't have time to reply to any of my messages, hmm boy does that sound familiar (dating sites like POF, or okcupid)

Horrible app.. and ever worse payment/subscription policy. Their instructions to try to cancel a Premium Subscription in the app take you in a giant loop to the "help page" and don't actually let you cancel in the app. What a shady business model, shame on them for exploiting their customers.

Seriously the worst. Horrible customer service even with a premium subscription. Many caregivers message me back saying it's impossible for them to update their profile or location, so it makes it so inconvenient to keep reaching out to people who are no longer available. Crashes constantly when posting jobs.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Days after my 90days paid subscription ended I started getting responses. 3 months of messaging caregivers and not a single response. Yet I was inactive for the last month of my subscription, less than 72hrs after I didn't renew my subscription caregivers started responding. Something doesn't add up....

Verification is poor and the service is expensive while the nanny selection is incredibly outdated with most results not active for over a month and no response to messages. If you use this site you are better off using the site in a browser cause the app is not the way.

I upgraded to premium so we could find a nanny for my daughter. 2 days later, my account was delete for no reason, no explaination, and no refund! I emailed support and no response. Terrible app and terrible company.

I was not able to find any baby sitters in this app. And take make it hard to cancel subscription !!!

Waste of money! No one responds to messages I was automatically enrolled in auto-pay which I didn't know about and now I can't figure out how to cancel it.

Can't add a profile picture or remove caregiver for some reason. Not one of recommended caregivers actually had availability. Did find a babysitter once but no regular caregivers
