Why is it so hard to make it constantly and obviously visible when you're in the "home area" in which you're allowed to drop off the car, or when not?? Second time today I went to a spot and then had to search for the closest drop off for a long time and extra costs that let me think twice again before ever using this service again. Make it visible, obvious and indicate more clearly where this home area ends. Is it really that hard??

Terrible assistance: when receiving s ticket it is never clear that amount that needs to be payed. I received a mail that said 'you need to pay 108€' without even telling me why. I called to get more information, they said they would get back at me but they never did and, in the meantime, added 2.5€ dunning fees every week. I will never use this service anymore and warn other people not to use it, they lost a very loyal customer. Too bad because the service per se actually works really well.

Unfortunately because of the lack of competition in Vienna the prices keep increasing to the point where it's not worth the hassle any more. Prices have at least doubled. Cars are often dirty when you rent them. And the app is not always working. E.g. it hangs forever when you want to lock and return the car so you have to call customer service.

Overpriced. 18€ for a smart that i used for 70 min. I don't think i'll book another one. Good old public transport is better. And why on earth is the electric version of the smart 20% more expensive than the version that works with fossil fuels? E cars have much less maintenance, charging is cheaper etc ... I don' get it. On a positive note: Car was clean, instructions clear.

After my first session, my bank declined the payment as they mistook it for scam. Now I can not book any cars, due to unpaid invoice. I can not pay the invoice, because when I click pay, there is no actual button to pay it, just the ride informations. I called the call center, they told me to wait 24 hours and it will automatically retry my payment, or maybe even at midnight. Nothing happened, I still can not use the service in the most needed time.

One of the step required to upload the licebse consist in taking a picture of yourself. I cannot upload my license since the app does not recognize my face. I have been trying for 1 hour, using different background and illuminations source, but nothing work. UPDATE: I used a different phone to do the process, and it worked,

I uploaded my driver license with more than 15 years experience, but support declined my account and said that my license issued less that one year. I can't upload old photos of previous driver licensies inside the app as it use only camera. Support not answering so fast, 7 days. And I can't use this service during my vacation in the Italy :(

The app is not straight forward. It directs you to the sharenow parking lot where you see the cars but if the cars have been booked and you have never used the app before then without the help of calling to the support you have no ideas why you can't rent any of the cars. Further more, I managed to reserve a car, I had 10 minutes left to get to the car and then booom the car with the reservation was gone. Last try, i see the car but i dont get the code on the car windshield. Useless service.

The service itself is alright, but the app and unlocking procedure is utterly broken. There wasn't a single time when I could unlock a car on the first attempt, sometimes even making it a 10 min torture only to abandon the reservation. Outrageous. Wonder how it could actually make it into production....

app not useful for non european visitors , i went through many steps even i provide my trip schedule with hotels , airline tickets Dubai driving licence and international drivinig licence , i dont know why they didn't say that not possible from the beginning , we have similar service in Dubai and the main users are visitors , i think that service is the same here , any way thankyou for waisting my time to email you with many details without result
