Cannot track driver delivery location and no accurate updates. EG: Original delivery time ETA remains 11:00AM even when it's already 1PM. You have to be stuck home all day just to show your ID. Defeats the purpose of the app for delivery tracking. I'd rather go to my local bottle shop instead.

Enjoy using it it's efficient additionally to this I believe that your staff are great in the different stores especially the same bank a drive through they are fantastic they won't 1 out of 10 it would be 10 or so the also rate than an and 8. The one thing I wish I could get you get rid of the delivery fee for that much when the client tell are paying over a level. I can pay a 1 off fee to Dan Murphy of $50 for a year. 3 hours still waiting for a slab, that is one suburb over will be deleting this app as soon as it arrives if it ever does. If your wondering why I didn't collect it my self I'm isolating. If you thinking to use this app to save time forget about it. The customer service on the phone are very nice and helpful. It's a shame apart from the delivery I was happy with everything else The app it's self is very user friendly.

I ordered at 2:09pm, eta 3:30pm. I called customer support at 430pm when my order wasn't picked up, and they said they would 'lodge a ticket' so nothing was solved. Called customer support to locate the store abiut 630pm, then called the store direct to find out that they weren't able to get a courier and I couldn't get it that night. The only good experience was the refund I got.

My local BWS delivery service has been "A1"! Delivery generally well within the hour, if not free delivery has always been honoured. I've had occasion to call the store to sort an issue and was pleasently surprised to find staff go the extra mile to help. ...& It's nice to get a bevvie on the house occasionally! Thank you 🤗

The app allows you to place an order even though the shop is closed forcing you to wait till 11am next morning. They are very quick to debit your account but when wanting to cancel an order they take 3 days to refund. I only wish I could give negative stars.

4 deliveries didn't turn up.. wanted me to pick them up.. um I use home delivery because I am house bound.. Avoid like the Plague..

Don't even bother downloading this app. I have had it for 6 months and for about 4 it has been broken with no way of ordering or response for help. They haven't responded or even looked at the issue since it started in august absolute waste of an app.

Shopping cart has been locked for a long time now with an error, messaged developer with no reply. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and updating, nothing works. Still not working after two months.
