The first step to obtaining a driving licence in Singapore is to sit the Basic Theory Test (BTT) regardless of whether you are a local citizen, permanent resident or foreigner. **NOTE: This is a lite version where in only few topics are available. I just passed my BTT scoring 47/50. If you only study using this app, you might still fail despite what other users commented. About 70% of questions from my test could be found here but the passing mark is 90% Good luck.
