Shocking. Constantly logs you out and after a brief period of not using the app calls will just stop coming in. Pretty much completely useless for what ita designed for. And I pay for this cr*p!!!

This App worked okay.. Now they have decided to try to make it an integrated tool (like MS Teams) and have buried the phone features under layers of menus for things that no-one is interested in. No one will use these team features.. I dispair.. Update July 2021.. this app goes from.bad to worse with advertised features that just don't work.. BT Cloud phone is a brilliant product with excellent support let down by a rubbish app.

Excellent in its previous guise, now an update done without my knowing, one I didn't need or want and has kicked me out of my login and "my device" that had only been logged in for the past 3 weeks is no longer recognised. Now need a code sent to my work email address about 20 miles away meaning in this current situation I have to make an unnecessary journey to retrieve it so I can log in. Think about things will you!!!

I've downloaded it to work on the move, but it will be uninstalled again, because 1. it doesn't link to Google contacts and 2. it pushes an audible ring sound even I can SEE that a call is coming in. I DO NOT want it to have it ringing all the time, but can't turn that off.

Update: uninstall, turn off phone, turn on, install and re-approve app permissions has fixed it for now. Missing phone calls as a helpdesk team. Not good when we need to be available for support. This has only been an issue since the app update. Seems to be intermittent but happening for our team. Just tested ringing and my app didn't notify me at all after sitting on line for a minute or so. Trying uninstall and reinstall.

The new update isn't ringing. You just receive a notification of missed calls after you've missed them. When customers call, you don't here or see the calls coming in. NO GOOD FOR BUSINESS. Either sort this out or bring back the old app. This is stupid.

Works really well and is very simple to use. Lots of features that you can change from the app. Just make sure your WiFi speed is good / mobile network has a good speed when you are making calls through the app. Also not recommended to tether your mobile to your laptop /.tablet etc whilst making calls through the app as it kills the quality of the call. Awesome

Screen locks when I'm mid call meaning the other person can't hear me. This doesn't happen in any other phone app I've used or even Whatsapp calls. On the flip side it is one of the few phone apps that are highly sensitive during a call meaning that you have to remember to hold it an inch from your face so your ear or cheek doesn't hang the call up. If you've ever made a call on any other smartphone app you will know the technology already exists to prevent both of these issues.

Customer service is decent, some talk too fast and others are kinda slow but they do their best to find the solution and are incredibly responsive! 😀 Wish the app could be transferred to my external memory as it's starting to take over my internal phone memory 😔 also tends to lag when there's poor signal or low Internet connection via WiFi, 4g or ethernet. Pretty good all round! Love the task features.

This application is designed to make call handling easier. It's really not efficient and the notification settings are so inconsistent that missed calls accross my organisation have increased. Calls answered on a laptop or desktop cannot be transferred to a mobile?? This is mind-blowing that BT can sell a service and product that cannot provide this functionality. They work in communication and it seems they are missing out on a vital part of why organisations would use this app.
