Developed by BRB to provide a better experience for Public Transport users in the Federal District.
By registering in the app, you have access to your mobility cards and now have facilities that were previously only available in person at physical posts, such as:
• Carrying out top-up through a payment slip;
• Balance inquiry and card usage statement;
• Access to the Chatbot to answer questions and/or request services, with human interaction;
• Access to bus routes.
Over time, BRB has invested in continuous improvements and app security, focusing on our customers' experience. As an example, the inclusion of a photo during registration and login, which now requires the registered e-mail and password to access card data.

Register on the App and then go to any of the BRB Mobilidade stations to receive your first copy for free.
Download it now and have available, in the palm of your hand, the functionalities and services that will make your journey easier.
