I wish that I didn't have to use this app to control Blu Sound Node players. Even with a quality wired connection with very high tier speeds. Using up to date Android 10 phone. Streamer struggles to function smoothly. Turned into too much of a headache. Rather than a relaxing musical experience. Returning the streamer back to the retailer and going with something better. Total waste of time and money. There is no synergy between the streamer and apps performance.

Can't find the player on the network. Was considering buying a Node2i with, but the landscape the bluesound works in is very frustrating. Even reset to factory is a set of button presses. Come on the rest of the world uses a paperclip. In a couple days I'll get a response from the support group.

Great app, works smoothly. While I love that I can use my phone volume buttons to change the volume of the player, I would like to see that if I close the app completely that I don't stay connected to the player. I have to force stop the app to lose the connection. (Android 11)

Great nad c658 player but app has some odd layouts. example, when in your music section and select albums, artists, Playlist etc. it only shows the top 5. then you have select another button to see the rest. it is much more stable than in earlier versions.

The bluesound nodes sounds fantastic with my audio system. The software leads the industry for ease of use and supports Deezer which I subscribe. My high end hard drive player is so difficult to setup with Deezer I gave up and got the Node 2i. No turning back. Other manufacturers should just buy into the rights to integrate the Bluesound interface and software. You can't beat it!

Really patchy connection. It often 'can't find' my Node 2i, despite it being on and able to play music when I press the physical button. Please fix these little bugs as it's very irritating, I keep needing to unplug the player to get it working

The players is generally great when its in a good mood and doesn't crash ot lock up that is. This app is even worse and is complete failure when used with tidal connect. I listen to music to relax not to get tech rage every five minutes. Sort this rubbish out please or the unit is going back to the store

Was great ....but for a few weeks its started to have connection problems (1) when switching from optical to music subscription it has difficulty finding my player and asks for wifi connection (which is already active and very good) ...but I have it connected by Ethernet cable so it should not be an issue? (2) when using Deezer and trying to go back to optical it gets stuck in Deezer and won't go over to optical and only reverts if I force close it!.Can you check and fix ...as it was great

It works! Just few things to note, need to pause current song b4 playing the next song, otherwise app hangs, be patient for app to connect to speaker, the setting up of the play list don't stay when speaker is switch off. The listing of albums on screen display restricted to 6, wished icons can be reduced to have more listings on the screen viewing!

After the latest update I always keep getting an error when using Tidal! Connection was very stable before the latest updates on both Android and MacOS. Changed my channels on my router to avoid interference, but still no change. Didn't have this problem prior to the last update.
