Sve što je neophodno za korišćenje javnog prevoza putnika u Banjoj Luci je praktičan i napredan korisnički vodič. Takav vodič dio je aplikacije koja je sada dostupna i za Android platformu. Aplikacija sadrži: - red vožnje gradskih linija - red vožnje prigradskih linija - raspored stajališta na uličnoj mreži - pregled polazaka (polasci koji su prošli su sive boje, naredni polasci su plave boje, - trase gradskih i prigradskih linija označene različitim bojama - pretraživanje po liniji ili po stajalištu - pregled linija i polazaka po stajalištima - kreiranje putanje na osnovu unesenog početnog i zavšnog stajališta, na osnovu čega će biti prikazane linije koje se mogu koristiti, odnosno eventualna presjedanja - sistem obavještenja putnika o eventualnim bitnostima (izmjena reda vožnje, promjena trase, obustave saobraćaja, preventivne medijske kampanje i drugo) - mogućnost upućivanja primjedbi, prijedloga i sugestija od strane korisnika.
