Create account, sending some cryptos in my account, without any problems , now if you want to transfer or withdraw it they require a Google authenticator! and if you check the reviews on Google authenticator, you will understand you are in trouble . So you have less then a minute to receive and enter the code from the bitGlobal and..the code from Google authenticator. Always in time , and keep saying wrong Google code .Those code Expires every 30 sec Good luck with withdraw or transfer

They are 100% an exit scam exchange. If you have a missing deposit just consider it lost. They have provided no updates for a deposit that was not credited for more than 3 months now. Check their Reddit to see the many complaints as well. Stay away from this exchange. Most of the positive reviews are paid reviews.

My initial review of this app was low do to a lost deposit and lack of response. That has been rectified, so I am changing my review. Use with caution though. They are vastly overwhelmed by new interest in cryptocurrencies by the masses. As are most of the crypto exchanges. Bithumb at least gives a damn. Some do not.

the family thing is a pain really but overall an amazing exchange and great app. good promos now and again. not one of my first gotos but it has some good pairs listed that are tough to pass up. UI is not as slick as some and can be a bit confusing at first but easy to get used to.

It's very stable application ever that's why I love it, keep this job up Bithumb. But the only problem is it's auto logged out after a day of login, it's very annoying thing. Please remember login until I perform logout.

This app is a scam plain and simple. You transfer your BTC in thinking you'll be able to exchange for a plethora of altcoins but the app itself is so awful and flawed, it's impossible to use. When you inevitably give up and go to transfer your BTC out, just wait and see how much they steal from you - which is a whole lot more than their written fees are.

I don't like this app. Withdrawl fee is very very high. Withdrawal 5500 PXP (worth ~220 usd) nd fee is over 3000 PXP. So funny. I have only 1300 PXP left.

Getting a really bad service. They have held my Crypto for about a month and aren't releasing it to my wallet. Needless to say I message them every day and it's "Please be patient". If you have to use them and you haven't looked at how many people have got poor reviews on these guys then you only have your self to blame when you get burned.
