This is my 4th consecutive year with Birchbox. I hate to see so many bad experiences, it's kinda freaking me out bc I JUST went back to them after trying Ipsy out. I'm only 1 month in so if they're like they WERE, I can assure you it may take a little time but in the past my issues (literally, boxes that didn't come), they would add to the end of my subscription, I love their attention to my preferences. Geez I hope it's not going to be a review I end up changing.

Great website, box and products! But it said I would get 2 boxes my first time and I received my box (packing was very safe and cute) but there was no 2md free box..

Put a inactive card because YOU CAINT CANCEL AND I DONT WANT TO KEEP GETTING CHARGE DID NOT LIKE MY 1ST BOX AT ALL I GET IPSY NEVER HAF A PROBLEM TRIED THIS OUT TO SEE AND ITS NOYT WORTH IT FULL SIZE PRODU TS ARE EXPENSIVE I RECIVED SAMPLES THAT IPSY SEND ME IN FULL SIZE! Still wont let me cancel or turn off auto renewel. This is ridiculous

STAY AWAY. They will continue to charge you AFTER you turn auto-renew off. I confirmed my 6-month subscription would not renew once before the last one auto renewed - they told me it wouldn't and I was charged for another six months. I confirmed with them TWICE that auto-renew was off this time, and that I would not be charged and they just charged me again. They are liars and thieves - STAY AWAY.

Are youJOKING?? Mini samples of hair oil? Hair texturizer. Face moistuizure , lotion. And cc cream that is at least 5 shades too dark? All for when it was said and done $24 (because I moved in the almost month it took to ship) and THAT WAS MY WELCOME BOX?? It all went straight in the garbage where it belongs. Because you are a waste of money! And you sent me garbage! Your description is nothing close to what you sell and there is NOTHING PERSONALIZED about it! Theres your truth!

Horrible app. Just joined Birchbox because I really enjoy Ipsy and I want to try another makeup subscription so this bad review isn't about Birchbox the company but just this app. Freezes up, won't save login info, difficult to navigate when it does work. I recommend Birchbox look at Ipsy's app and just copy it.
