The content is great, but the functionality of the streaming app is actually terrible, and has gotten actively worse over time. It's clunky and unresponsive. It freezes constantly. You can't even rewind without it freezing, and the only way I've found to fix it is by exiting the stream entirely and restarting it. It works terribly, especially compared to other streaming services like Netflix or Disney Plus. If it wasn't for the HBO content, I'd have cancelled a long time ago.

App crashes on startup and support is absolutely useless. Despite sending them a detailed description of the crash behaviour and all the steps I took to try to get it to start (including force stopping it, clearing its storage and cache, and uninstalling and reinstalling it), they keep asking me to either try things I've already tried or modify settings within the app that I can't access because it crashes on startup. With that little attention to detail, it's no wonder the app crashes.

Crashes everytime I open and ive tried solving the problem with them and nothing has been fixed. How is there not an update fixing this by now over half the reviews are about this issue. No amount of ppl detailing their issue is going to fix it when it's this wide spread. It needs to be updated!

Last two releases 6.1.0 and 6.2.0 start and crash immediately. Clearing storage and reinstalling does not resolve the issue. Sent in a support request and I haven't heard anything back. How hard is it to QA startup of the app? It's consistent on my Pixel 3 running the April security patch.

Constant buffering can only watch 30 seconds at a time, never had issues until recently...someone must have thought they were making things "better" and early didn't. If it doesn't get fixed soon I will be canceling my subscription. No matter how good the content - it can't take 3 hours to watch a 20 minute show!!

Constantly crashes. Subscribed to watch Justice League. Liked the content and was even debating ditching Netflix for a while and going with Crave. Well, after about 2 weeks, the app won't even launch. Tried on a Samsung, Huawei and another android tab. Reinstall doesn't help. All the same thing. Can't even launch. How does this even happen? Times I've had problems with Prime, Netflix or Disney? 0. Cancelling asap. Absolute garbage app.

Uninstall and reinstall and STILL does not launch. Worked two days ago before I updated. What did you fix that broke it? Update: after reboots into recovery and clear cache partition, it works. Most people may not know how to do this so fix your damn app.

Amazing content, but: - Never plays full HD - Constantly freezing - App constantly crashing - Buggy algorithm - Could never get 5.1 audio on anything Owned by Bell Media who has more than enough money to fix this horrendous app. Listen to the people!!!

Constant crashing, have tried absolutely everything. Crave isn't exactly a cheap service: I'd expect some level of care would be put into fixing the issues we consistently have with both the app and web player.

Terrible buggy app. Can't download content properly let alone even watching content online or downloaded. Every step of the way there is bugs.
