Beato smart glucometer : this glucometer is waste of money. Pls don't buy it. Reason: this glucometer have built in battery which is almost dead within 1 or 2 year if you use regularly. But you are not able to change that battery 🔋. Every time after battery dead you need to purchase new beato smart glucometer. So this is waste of money in every 1 or 2 years. Another issue is out of 50 strips, your almost 6-8 strips are not showing any reading. Beato software hangs while taking readings.

1 star is not for the app but the device. The reading is not accurate at all. I simultaneously tested on abott meter and there is a huge difference in the reading. Not recommended at all.

The reading machine is good it records your test values. That is very nice. It is easy.

The Glucometer is great and simple to use, one time setup then it will automatically work like just plug and play BOOM! you can check your blood glucose, I sometimes had some issues with the management team but they quickly resolved it, I had a really great experience with Beat O hope you get the same, no issues in application or in the glucometer till now and the reading are quite accurate with just +-15% (Beat O Curv Type C glucometer).

I wanted to test out the app before I recommended my elderly parents to install it. But it mandates entry of mobile number and input of OTP before you can even get a glimpse of it's features! Not too keen on an app that makes you jump through hoops and starts mining data before you even get to a home page to see if it's worth the effort. Immediate uninstall.

Didn't support phone without OTG features. The same is not mentioned before buying the product. Further, they don't have return policy. So it's a trap. Beaware about the phone specifications before buying.

I have been using it for a year now. It used to give correct result matching with the test lab reading but not anymore. It is showing at least 100 point more than it should be. Tried testing in different labs and matched the data. I will test again with new stripes this time and update. Everything else is good about this product and I was very satisfied until now.

I am using the curve gadget on your app from last three months. The app has continouse issues which require a lot of alternatives to be done and some errors also are generated on the tests been conducted. The same is causing lot of inconvenience. You need to be more proactive in your research and trouble shooting

There is something with the management of microphone. The phone peaks volume unexpectedly even when the app is not inturuppted. I did not have issues when the app is uninstalled. Yes, please fix this, its been extremely annoying. I an other wise happy with the core functionality.
