How to install BCP Mobile v3.5 on Android API 9+

- Grab com.banquebcp.android.mobilebanking_31.apk — hit the Download button above (6.7 MB). If your browser warns about APK files, choose Keep or Download anyway — that warning fires on every APK, not just this one.
