Horrible service, even more useless customer service! Items are getting partially delivering last few Days had a talk with customer care, and came to know that they will send the rest money to the wallet after the subscription will end. now my subscription is over, and they have not sent any penny. i their to contact CC so many times, according to them they have sent the milk as per my subscription, nut where the the 1 week free milk. they have sent only 30 days, whr is my refund

I appreciate the service they are providing as it makes it so much easier for everyone to have doorstep milk service. Baxi Fresh app needs a lot of work, it has a lot of glitches and can be made much better. Servicing to some area is an issue, I can order Mother Dairy milk but can not add bakery products as these items are not serviceable to my area. Please resolve this also.

I use this app daily. But it is not a good experince at all. The app takes a lot of time to open, if it opens at all. Most of the time it will not open up. You have to uninstall the app and then again install it. Then it may work. I would request app devlopers to please please look into these technical issues.

I took the 28 days plan as it gives 7 days free milk offer but as soon as 28 days completed they took 2 days gap without notifying and than delieverd it for 2 more days and thats it. There is no direct communication route to them . Its a total fraud app . Dont download it honest review to save your money . Dont fall in their trap .

Pathetic, I tried to change my address as I had shifted to a rented accommodation, the app doesn't edit details. The delivery guy without my knowing hung milk in railing of previous residence where I don't live and only called once when I didn't answer he moved after calling back he said since you were not responding I hung the milk... Don't waste your money through this app

kindly add payment history page. and way to to the subscription history. I paid for 4 weeks for milk in which 5th week was free. but post 4 weeks milk is not delivered for 5th week. much room for improvement in app.

Whenever I try to open the app, it shows checking for updates and it keeps on processing on same screen. Not able to open the app. Tried uninstalling and then installed the app. But still same issue. Please fix this asap
