This is the worst app I have EVER used hands down. I have a subscription service, and I can't pay my bill through the app or on the website. Qpay fails. When I try to pay through their debit card I get a web page saying "Oops, we are REALLY, REALLY sorry, but our web service is down and our engineers are working on it -- whatever", and I can't pay for secure checkout due to my account with Commercial Bank denying the transaction through any and all "Web Activity". Going to switch to Vodafone.

Why don't you tell us the problem. Some computer employee has screwed up the update. Each day I call I get the same message.....try later. Customer service is regressing back to 10 years ago when nobody cared. I can gain access to the App however if you use fingerprint access the dashboard page is blank. You have to log back in using normal password

A frustrating app. Doesn't save payment information, so everytime you need to re- enter. Always says that there's insufficient balance, when clearly there is a balance amount. I hate it!

This app always got error, cannot top up. Also for hala topup I always have to enter amount I want to top up in QAR twice because the app deletes it. This app has left me stranded so many times because I can't call Uber. I want to give them money, charge my debit card and so many times I can't. This app sucks.

You didnt mention that data speed will be throttled TWICE in the package plans menu on the app. Shady af. Klab.

The login screen is stuck with the ooredoo animation, which blocks off the login fields. No one can login to the app. It doesn't remember login details either. Completely locked out. This is after the Feb 15 update.

If u set app for automatic login and password is changed, it will not bring u the log in page at all to set new password. It says wrong password with empty screen. I think u need to uninstall and install again to get login screen
