Reviews From google play store

I reinstalled the app, still can't login. Was logged in before, it even worked. I sometimes receive messages, but then they just repeat with same notifications. I set Europe to login, just brings me back to Americas. I can neither login or do anything, but, for some reason I receive messages, which are also very late to the party.

Popup asking for a rating... For the most part this app works, but every time I launch it it will fail to log in at least once (if it doesn't crash) and when it does finally log in, if i switch apps for half a second and switch back the app will try and log in again rather than maintaining a session. Good when it works, but works rarely.

I like the app and it's quite useful to chat with people I don't have in Discord. The only negative thing I've seen is a little bug where I type but I cannot send the message unless I return to the "Friends" tab and then go back to "Chats". I'll change my score the day I see you guys fix that. Keep up the good work!

it's a great app if it weren't for two things. 1. it does not show the group chats you're in, youre only allowed to message individuals. 2. sometimes when as I'm writing a message the send button greys out for no reason and thus I cant send it, I have to delete the msg by cut/copy first and then paste it for it to reappear again.

Would love a redesign of chat with easy links to share for other social media. Also a link to find players based on other platforms would make finding people to play with wayyyyyy easier so hopes for that. But at least a smoother chat feature to talk about the game etc more. Right now the messaging is too tedious I'd rather use discord or Snapchat or messenger or anything instead of battlenet for talking to friends.

Really nice app, can see my friend's status (playing SC2, Overwatch, SC remastered, etc.) And also allows me to text them while they're playing. It also gives me a list of my friends (if you need that?????). Sadly, sometimes I will NOT receive any replies from them (it only shows what I sent to them), though notifications will still pop up. If it's fixed, I'd give 5/5.

Garbage. Much like the desktop app. It was alright at some point, but right now it's horrid. Are there no real plans to address the issues with this application? How is it that it gets worse with every update. Edit: Somehow, it still keeps on getting worse. I can't even login anymore. What a spectacular failure.

It's incredibly unpredictable. All othe communications apps I have give me notifications, open without loading for up to a minute and doesn't tell me I have no internet connection while I'm looking at full bars. Other than that, it does what it should, so I give it a 2 rather than a 1

I have no idea why this app will constantly say "not connected" every time I open it. It's done this on two different phones, an s7 and s9+. It's actually amazing how badly an app can be designed coming from a billion dollar company.

Works well enough but they really need to merge the different regions into one for us global gamers. What's the point of playing with people all over the world if you can't connect to them simultaneously through a simple chat app? 3+ separate regions. Stupid design.

Could use some attention on the voice chat side of things. People tend to have issues. The issues should be made more simplified to resolve. Making people use discord instead. Discord had the voice chat channel pretty well figured out. Follow their example.

Messages are received too late, "No Internet Connection" pops up every time, refresh isn't smooth, the messenger is just really bad, basically a joke compared to the desktop version.

Every time I see an app send me a pop up asking for a review it's going to be one star. Feel real though this app isn't all that great. I will have the app open on my phone, connected to wifi and still get a PM from my friend 10 to 20 minutes after they sent it. There is way more wrong with this app but I am only rating it because of that dumb popup which I am sure I will see again even though I already rated your shot app.

Completely broken. Can't even get to a login screen without getting an error message, despite reinstalling it three times.

Really bad at loading old messages, sometimes they just don't appear anymore, it also needs a design refresh because it's super slow and buggy, and it feels like a messaging app from 10 years ago

Communicates that I have no internet connection, and thus won't work, when I'm connected to my Wi-Fi that is broadcasting working internet. This isn't the case when I'm using my phone's data, but it's annoying nonetheless.

Buggy app that can't receive og send messages new bug was added after last "update" now I can't change my state to online, only away and invisible is possible. Please fix.

Great app but I don't use it daily. Friend requests for example doesn't show up even with notifications on and you can't manage subscriptions, visit the store or see order history.

3 stars because half the time it does not give notifications when somene sends message. Last but not least, sometimes it asks for password, but if i do close the app and re-open it, it goes through without it.

It's a bit flakey when it comes to staying running and logged in, even when no other apps are running and it's idle in the foreground

Frequent issues, constant reloading, occasional disconnects, and overall clunkiness. It's handy for staying in touch with bnet-only chums, but it could be a lot better.

It's aways checking for internet connection and telling that you have none. Sometimes signs you out without any reason. Bugs when trying to send a message.

Works well for chatting with friends while away from your computer. Would be nice to manage games/account. Fairly simple.

Layout is good. Notifications are sometimes delayed 10 to 30 minutes are messages are received. Always takes a while to reconnect if switching between apps

Easy way to add friends and chat on mobile. Push notifications are reliable and support quick reply. Speed and animations could be improved, but that's me being a stickler.

This works better than I expected. Being able to talk to my battletag friends without having to log in to WoW is really nice.

Flipping awesome. Fine. But four seriously has to be like a saga. Where you play through one ,two, three, then four all the quests and aspects.. and five should be like 1-4 and then five ontop.

Sometimes I have a problem with sending the messages (button for sending is not working). So I must turn it off and then turn it on again to make it works. Otherwise it's fine.

Its a great app to have, sometimes it crashes and wont open when I need it to. But generally its a great way to contact someone on the go that may not notice their phone ringing.

Very slow to open. Message length limit. Often does not notify on new messages.

Awesome. Zero issues on my s9. Not a WHOLE lot to do on it (yet). But messages and profiles are great for guilds while your at work. Update with pet battles and dumb mini game would be a cool idea..

App doesn't sign me in. After I enter my email and password to sign in it loads for a while then brings me back to the login screen.

This so maker it easy to communicate with friends I've made across all Blizzard games. The API is clean and responds quickly. Overall I rate it as an above-average experience

Send button is sometimes disabled. You would have to open and close again so that the send button would be clickable in the mobile version(app).

It's just trash it has never worked right it is not up to the usual standard of blizzard quality.

Sometimes chat doesn't refresh, I'll get an alert for a new chat but can't find it in conversation. But otherwise this app runs well and is handy

A good app for what it does, though I do wish it wouldn't take forver to open a message again once i've switched to a different app for a moment.

App works as it should. Makes chatting with in-game friends. Few bugs here and there - specifically the chat not always updating when a notification arrived but no other complaints on my part.

App takes a long time to update after alt-tabing or locking phone. No way to send files. Otherwise nice layout and interface.

Good for keeping up with my small inner circle of bnet friends when I'm not at my computer. Very simple to use app and user friendly.

Works well enough. Would be cool if items could be linked somehow, but that would probably add a gig of data to the DL.

Meh its okay...its really only kinda useful for chatting! But it never pushes notifications even thoughbthey are set to push. Kinda annoying when communicaying with prople but whatever.

Does what you need it to do. Similar to ubisoft's uplay app. Blizzard's come a long way from the first mobile app. Glad to see them evolve in the mobile space.

Decent application, has some issues with notifications but all good. We need Wow Armory and auction house back Blizzard. We need to do the small things while in work breaks ffs.

App works. If blizzard really wanted to make us all warm and fuzzy, they would add Guild chat back to this app, and allow us to talk to our communities.

Disconnection issues, often takes half an hour or more to reciever a message notification. Works fine when open.

Would be awesome if you can check out and share chars so you could 'follow' your friends progression.

Doesn't always stay connected. Doesn't work very well on Android 10.

Very convenient and informative. Quite useful for deciding whether I want to get on Blizzard at a particular time or not.

Good app. But for whatever reason always asks to enter password each time I reopen the app to reply a message from a friend.

Simple and easy to use no problems that I can see can take a while to load even when you have bars but that's minor

As a Battle . net user I love the fact I have a way to talk to my friends if I'm not near My PC or if I am on the go Blizzard I Salute you

Works well. Just kept getting messages while I was logged out. A little odd but hey can't complain.

Can be a pain with loading chats at times but is great to keep in touch with all your friends.

Easy to use. I use it to schedule times with friends for game play and challenges.

Good experience. I just want to be able to see what games I own and buy games on this app like I can with the steam app.

Had a slight buggy experience when logging in during peak times where i couldn't login at all but in general the add is great. Love how I can connect with friends when Im not on my pc

Great to be in contact with friends, in case you run late for a raid/rbgs and to see if people are playing without having to get up from bed to check on the pc ;)

I use it to keep in touch with friends on d3 and it works great! See where they are and what levels they are so I can ask to join or help.

I can keep contact with my wow friends, only reason it is not a 5 is because I cant talk to my guild mates with it unless they are all in my friends tab

The experience is smooth and I love the layout of the app. I'd love to have a pop out head chat bubbles like messenger has.

Doesn't work for my ISP. Blizzard needs to fix this problem

It works but... It's clunky, slow and kinda useless if you compare it to other like discord.

Connection issues all the time, if u turn screen on and off it needs to reconnect, and reconnection often causes app to crash and restart.

Needs ability to participate in* chat groups, for example I have a bnet group on the launcher that I am unable to access via mobile app.

Functionally, it works well. It's just a little slow/not smooth like other apps

It takes a bit to open and I have not seen an option to fiddle with my account setting on it. Otherwise amazing though.

A good app for communication but why I can't receive real time message??

It bugs out sometimes, not alerting when messages come through, or saying people have been offline for 12 years, overall tho ftw

It's really good app but sometimes it's bugged. Not recieving messages properly lately.

Very limited functionalities (maybe that's how it was designed). Connectivity is poor.

What's annoying is everytime this app is minimized it reloads very slow. How can company like Blizzard release a subpar app its just disappointing.

It kinda restarts every time I switch apps and that's a bit annoying. Only reason I don't give it 5/5 stars. Overall is a good app

Lovely app. Super helpful to keep in touch with friends in-game and to know who's online and what's going on in-game.

Good app, but not quite stable as I'm frequently getting no connection.

Really awesome app if you chat a lot with your world of warcraft friend's about how you gonna join them on Shazam in 30 minutes :)

Slow load time but it does what it needs to do. Useful app.

I love it, as a guild leader, it is very convenient to be able to access all this from my phone.

Be nice to know character and lvl of friend playing. Takes a while to load sometimes.

Crashes constantly, missed notifications, erased text box when app in background. Very unpolished.

Can we see when clan members are online as well please, and have a function in game you can stream live to friends or clan members via this app, that would be awesome. 3 stars because it's limited.

Often goes disco. Often cant send message going offline for a second.

Can't login! When I confirm the login in authenticator app it just shows me login screen again!

Awesome app too bad the WoW Companion is broken. And only shows ur character and items but nothing else like quest and stuff

Love the app, great for keeping in touch with gamer friends while afk away from keyboard! :)

App keeps crashing when I open it. I have to open it twice for it to actually work.

Its a good app but one thing they could add is to check your overwatch league tokens amount.

Good little app to keep in contact with the folks you like to chat at and play blizzard games with.

Only thing its missing is a game to play and earning rewards for various blizzard games.

Problem connecting to services. No login screen.

Sometimes have to close and reopen app a few times because the line is full

OK for online status ans friends, but lacks a hell lot of games and helps (ah for wow, maybe even more of the game than just ah??!?)

Very well made but crashes from time to time.

Works wonderfully. I can talk to my online friends when I'm not home.

Average good application but would be a good idea to add some more features

Line's full is annoying Every single time minimize it's reconnecting Connection sucks

Works fine but would love to see WoW classic guild chat integration.

Works fine. Keep contact whilst not having access to pc/game.

Really nice to talk to friends away from the game. I'm just hoping the Armory comes back 😁

Awesome easy to use and can keep in touch with my wow friends when out n about
