    Captain Ducky

As long as I've had the app, on multiple devices from different mobile phone manufacturers, it's loaded slowly/not at all/won't load from the notification screen, often doesn't load all convos/friends, and usually doesn't load the new message you receive and got a notification for if you DO get in (I normally have to wait until I'm on my PC to view it). The app is so poorly optimised for a company this large. Blizz, this really needs some love because it rarely, if ever, works, unfortunately.

  2. Oracle Animosity-avatar

    Oracle Animosity

Is a bit slow to load in and navigate. Is not optimised for mobile design/layout - essentially copy pasted the layout from the desktop version. Otherwise works as intended.

  3. Curtis W-avatar

    Curtis W

Bad games. Realized they are a predatory company using lootboxes for children and playing on my heart strings. This is based on nostalgia of a time when they actually cared about making worlds and experiences instead of scraping off competitors games.

WARNING(actually its DANGER) Make sure you have Authenticator code before resetting your phone. Otherwise there's NOWAY to log in. I have factory reset my phone that used have this app and bought a pc and tried to log in back, but then the problem occurred: I need Authenticator code. I have my recovery key, but It simply useless. This is an unfortunately disappointing that makes me discouraged so that I dont want to comeback to Blizzard games. For now this deserve less than a star.

when it works and it's open and it's connected and is not on the background it has no issues, minimizing this app or letting it on the background causes you to not receive any messages nor notifications, if you install this app, do not run anything else or it will disconnect while still leaving to others the label that you are on mobile, but they won't know if you saw their message or not.

  6. Ivica Lisac-avatar

    Ivica Lisac

There is no point of using this app if they block your mobile provider. App works only when i'm at home, connected on wifi..

  7. Taggerkov-avatar

    Taggerkov

The app really does well his job. The problem is that now is useless, you just can use it to see if someone's online and chat with friends. But nowdays discord does same and more. They should add something more to make this a good add-on.

  8. Buggward's Video Game Emporium-avatar

    Buggward's Video Game Emporium

Pretty lame that prepaid phones aren't supported by the authenticator. Had to use my other phone, didn't want to, and that's why this pile of garbage gets one star. I'd rate it lower if that was possible, Blizzard is 100% pure slime.

  9. Chris Mueller-avatar

Can't login, does not switch from authenticator to sms. No code is sent or received. Used to work flawless, it's the same for the wow companion app. Pretty much useless if you can't login.

  10. Panda Gemini-avatar

    Panda Gemini

Haven't experienced any of the hang-ups the others have complained about over after about a week of using the app. It's not quite as seamless as the Discord mobile app, but that's why you hop on Discord with your close pals.
