No real discounts, only cheap copies of the original items in the photos. The materials are poor. Even the boxing indicates how poorly copied it is. The price of that copy is not that tempting and still you have to worry about the delivery fees, which is per item and not per order. Some items are good but they are nothing like the photos shown. Don't waste your money and check any cheap local store around you, you will get the same item and at least you save the delivery fees.

First of all the delivery time is not precise at all, and the difference is huge, about 2-4 days delay which is unacceptable. Second of all, insanely terrible quality of items as well as the quality of the call center people, they do not know what to say and for the most time they mumble in the phone, come on, hire people who know proper English, I cannot even explain how slow is the website and the app, trying to cut costs on every single thing does not pay off, would put 0 rating if I could

This app is as rubbish as their items. Cheap and low quality. Customer service is worst and if by chance you get through, it's not supportive. I bought an item that arrived broken and when I complained for return or replacement, they never came to collect. When I was able to contact them, after numerous attempts which had no response, they just told me that their driver contacted me and I never responded, so they will never replace my broken item.

The worst online purchasing app. I had purchased plenty of items, and they canceled the most important items for me, and sent me the remaining items. They were so cheap and low quality. I could buy them from my place at cheap price. I had to follow up on the delay delivery too. It took them more than THREE WEEKS to deliver the shipment!!! And I have to keep following up with them. This is the first and last time I will ever buy from such cheap site. And will never ever recommend it to any one.

worst Online shopping experience for me. they have hidden charges , and for shopping of 250 Sar item, they forced me pay about 170 more. and they didnt place any order unless you pay them 1st. so after that you cant do Anything , and if you wanna return any defective item, you have to pay again for Shipping. plzzzzz dont ever shop with them...

I have been shopping at awok since long time. for me It was one of the best online shopping platform & i used to enjoy my shop but now thier service is getting worse. As i placed an order on june 18 and till today i never received my order, i sent 6 email to customer service but thier reply is always same that we have place the order to supplier. Once we will receive we will send u. But my concern is if u have out stock of any product then y still its shows in item list, y dont u remove???????

Previously multiple time I have ordered from this app. Big accessories like mobiles. I had a bad experience as those were fualty. Also this week is the first time i paid before delivery but did not receive my order even after 6 days. Whereas when i used to pay after delivery those orders arrives in next two days normally.

very lousy customer service. my order was canceled because of their poor logistics system and the courier they use and on top of that the customer service agents on phone have only one thing to say that they are very sorry but they can not do anything. they also are bothered if I uninstall the app, probably because they have too many customers. guess what, they have one less now. btw, you end up buying useless stuff just to fill the minimum order value - I guess I have to try something else now.

I KNOW THIS PLACE IS APP REVIEW BUT NEED TO SHARE BAD EXPERIENCE. STORY BEGIN "Damage item sent now not accepting their mistake" Damage item sent and now they are not returning the exact amount. If one order has two return items. They issue two coupons . The coupon will be issued with out processing charge and delivery charge even their mistake. The amazing thing these two coupon not applied on one order . So mean you have to place two order each of not less than 40 aed . This is not fair.

If your shipping address is other side of the road you mensioned nearest landmark. your delivery could be delay. Delivery Boys behavior is very unsatisfactory sometimes rude. Point 3. Service Commitment : Nil. You may find your delivery charge is discounted at the time of ordering but may find it is not after order. They cheat this way.
