Same as other users - I had to dowload it because of lack of integration with google.... Really badly done app. It has excessive amounts of information that is useless and make the use difficult. The map integration is rubbish. Why on earth, when searching for the stations names, did they have to mark the field as confidential or password-like? there is no way to use auto-correct on it - so if you misspell one single letter, you wont find the station (the suggestions are slow and pointless). The look is outdated. It took me more than 10 minutes to figure out how to actually buy a ticket, even though I had used it before and it is in English (a language I understand, unlike German). It seems out of the early 2000s in terms of design, same as most german websites unfortunately. For public money they've probably spent on it, they could have got some competent developers, not someone teleported from 20 years ago.

Seit lange findet die App keine der Straßenbahn Verbindungen 3, 4, und 6 zwischen Königsplatz und Augsburg Hbf. Klar, wie in der Beschreibung der App Änderungen, werden mit dem neuesten Software-Update nur kleinere Fehler behoben, und Augsburg wird die Informationen über den öffentlichen Nahverkehr auch nicht mit Google teilen, damit es richtig gemacht werden kann. Leider konsiquent.

Wenn drann steht der Bus ist um 8:34 da, sollte man meinen dass er auch dann da ist. Aber der ist jedesmal mindestens 3 Minuten früher da und wartet nicht mal an der Haltestelle! Eine Frechheit!

Nach wie vor (Stand: März 2020) unzuverlässige Infrastruktur und die gleiche, gewohnt schlechte App. Das Budget für Verbesserungen ist vermutlich in den neuesten Marketing-Gag geflossen: Die City-Zone.

Verbindet sich nicht "Probleme am Server" geht im WLAN garnicht. Streckensuche komplett unbrauchbar dadurch, Undurchsichtige Ticketauswahl - völlig überflüssige App. Strecke kann man über deren Webseite heraussuchen aber man kann dort keine Tickets kaufen. Reife Leistung.
