It won't connect to the OBDII scanner, and no luck reaching customer support. It only sees the IOS option, which is obviously useless for Android. I tried multiple times to connect to the iOS option with no luck. The android option is in my phone Bluetooth settings, but not the apps. However, the app does see my TV...so if you are having a bad day, just remember some programmer made his app ignore the version it was supposed to connect to, and show the wrong one...with everything else around it.

Super easy to use and saved me a ton of money getting diagnosed at the mechanic! A tool you'll use over and over. Easy to understand codes. Be sure to add your vehicle before pairing and it'll pair automatically.

'F'in' app is junk. Tells me my email already has an account. Try to reset password and it says my email is not valid. What a POS.

This device is junk! I have 2 brand new vehicles and one older vehicle. I tried 2 if these devices on the 3 cars and got erroneous incorrect codes from all 3. Don't waste your time

Have used this for my Q50 hybrid. Such a convenient unit I get to pair with my Android device and enjoy all the benefits this intuitive app could bring. So far the only issue I faced was when I first set it up and I drop the device few times. But I soon learn that checking the app can let you know if you got it all right. Other than that, I have constantly use it and it works wonder! Bye bye check engine light!!

The app allows me to reset the code at a very easy and intuitive level. Depending on the code, sometimes I reset codes and wait for them to pop up again before taking any corrective action. Obviously, if the issues are major, it would be best to repair and not just reset; nor continue to drive until repaired

God bless the app's creator! It was so easy to set up and use. Was very excited to try it out and it dit not let me down. The scanning came back right away with all the codes and the fine instructions on how to fix em. Some of it can be done by yourself. Save my time and money. Also my frustration!

Love this product. Helpful fixing tips. You can do emission tests, live data of sensor performance and alot more to it. Had no problem linking it to my phone. Before buying, I did every research, read every comment for the best OBDII scanners and this was always been the best out there. Must say, worth every penny of mine.

It's worth the wait. I got mine a little later than I expected but I totally understand. Regarding this hard time. Great device. Great to see all the real data pull it gets from my car. But be careful not to leave it dangling when finishing the scanning. The battery can be drained out.
