How to install AS 24 Fleet Manager v3.1.0 on Android 4.4 KitKat+

- Grab io.cordova.AS24AppFleetMng_301011.apk — hit the Download button above (10.3 MB). If your browser warns about APK files, choose Keep or Download anyway — that warning fires on every APK, not just this one.
