Still the same longstanding issues with horizontal layouts and auto-screen rotation (with a mind of its own)... what a shame. Now "my shows" tab now stopped auto-refreshing as well, on any platform. Latest update also is broken as my list does not sync properly...saving or removing items does NOT work. Can you please test and fix? Thanks

Where exactly are the movies downloaded for offline viewing? There's the option to download on the SD card, but cannot find any video or a new file at all. Either a video can be downloaded to a_folder_ on the SD card, or not; it's that simple; otherwise why ask us?

I'm using this app for many years but nothing significant came like vid quality or offline viewing. No Content curation. Majority of vids aren't for downloads. Data consumption is high (since unmanageable) but sometimes there is no video playing only audio. Subtitles are missing for someone understands through it. Pop-up video feature is missing. Video quality like youtube is missing and Downloads often doesn't play when offline. Crashes more often. Add video in title apart from just "arte".

A dream come true! Great selection of documentaries and concerts, with english subtitles, so I can finally follow it. Only the subtitle font is horrid, on android phone at least; it's barely legible. It's so excessively bold that the letters run into one another, and I don't see any setting to change it to something sane.

Casting to a chromecast does not work properly. Tried casting the 'Beethoven: The Euopean Tour' while it was live on air. Chromecast sets the program, but does not start streaming. My suspicion was that live content isn't supported, as other content worked. Sad, since it's a 7yo feature. Content browsing does not list the arte viewing timeline in order to search content. Currently running show is also not permanently on the top but only in one swipeable tab. UX improvable,but design looks nice.

App works great for livestreaming to Chromecast. High quality content, as usual with Arte. I love that you can switch audio between multiple languages (de/fr/ov).

It's alright. I wish the front page would use location instead of language settings to determine which videos will be available. As an intermediate French speaker, I'd like to set the user-interface language to French but then it shows me thumbnails of videos that are mostly only available to view in France. If I set the language to English, I see thumbnails of available videos (thank you!) and most of them are French anyway... just with English subtitles. So why not just show me the same list when I set the user interface language to French? Android's location settings are there for a reason.
