It's nice but the chat function could be more modern, and is very delayed. You need to refresh on both sides if you want to see new messages. It would also be nice if pressing 'enter' in a chat doesn't mean 'Send the message', but serves as a space bar instead. Would also be great if you could send files via the chat function. Would also be nice if you could give a choice between making your app "service orientated" and not just "product oriented", because some of us sells services.

worst experience ever. can't even log in let alone do anything else. I dont even know how im going to cancel my subscription because its a waste of money to me. If my subscription was cancelled then how come I'm receiving a mail of failure to subscribe today. If i had cash in my account now it would have been deducted for nothing.

I have had an app with Appsvillage since February 2019. I have had absolutely no issues with the app. Any issues I had I did on my own by changing emails once you subscribe under an email don't change it. All my customers love this app and say how easy it is to download, book an appointment,send messages thru app to me, see available appointments on the calendar as well as any coupons or promotions I post out for those who download the app. This App is the absolute BEST for your money.10 STARS!

i am horrified by your billing service!! 40 dollars was billedo off my account when it ahould have only been 19.99 dollars. Then 2 days later Appsvillage is trying to take another 19.99 dollars off my account. Then the next day they try again!! what kind of service is this that you run! your billing procedure is terrible and you have put me off completely as to how you have handled things! Shocking!!!

Great app but when I use the appointment management tool and connect it to my google calendar it does not sync recurring appointments which are generated through Google calendar and user can book an appointment when I am actually buisy! Another point is that I work with my clients untill midnight and I can't set my work hours untill 00:00 so user could book an 1 hour appointment from 11PM until 00:00. Also it would be great that we have an option to pay for appointment before it is booked! 😇

I've been using this for a while now, few things I've noted about people's negative comments which are not even helpful, I can honestly say it's still the best business app I ever came across...I'd like few changes 1. Client messaging, seems like I never had any message at all. All my clients were off Facebook 2. Can WhatsApp be linked to the messaging? 3. Payment: what kind of gifts do I give for the loyalty punched cards? Not all PNGans use credit cards unless shopping online Thank you😊

This company is a rip off in my opinion. They took $179.88 off my Citibank credit card 3 months ago however, I have no active apps village account. I have spoken to them by telephone and email repeatedly and they stated they will refund my money which they didn't. To this day I have to pay off this bill on my card and I haven't received the services promised. Please find some other form of marketing but avoid this company or you will be terribly dissappointed. They get no stars from me.

immediately after signing up i had cancel my subscription. i then recieved am confirmation email advising me that the my request to unsubscribe was successful and that i was charged $0.00. i am just going through my email when i saw an email confirming a payment of $19.99 for last month dec 2018 and now i even have a currwnt message telling me to update my payment as my account has insufficient funds.. you guys need to please send my refund as im quiet sure u can see i didnt use the app at all.

When I signed up the app didnt show me up front that I was paying months ahead of time. But when i noticed it took 89$ from me I instantly asked for a refund and never got a response. I've said I didnt want the plat from and still no response about a refund. This is con artistry at its best

The app doesn't stay on when you are trying to load it. Every time it does this, you have to start over. Every time that you try to advertise for your business, you are also advertising for them as well. Cost too much money to advertise for "them" and pay the price they want per month!!
