Sadly, it seems after these long years of using it, this app is no longer usable with my new phone's version of Android, 10. There's a few other reviews with the same problem as me: the cat doesn't respond to taps and cycles through the idle animations in the middle of the screen. The developer is still active online, but I don't know that they'll do anything about this now after two years... I'm, uh, really sad about this!!! And I won't ever forget the happy times we spent together on my phone.

Like... If this doesn't convince you why Android is better than iPhone, what will? It always cracks me up when the cat sits right on top of what I'm trying to read, just like a cat jumping onto your desk. You get weirdly attached to it! And like the other reviewer said, it still works after all this time, doesn't slow my phone down, doesn't intrude outside of the fact that it's a cat.

This app hasn't been updated since 2012 but amazingly it still works without any issues - a whole decade later! And with no Internet access, no special permissions or ads, you don't have to worry about running an outdated program. ANeko is a testament to quality programming.

This app is soooo cute there is some much to talk about. The fact that there are REAL skin apps that work! It's weird that there are no app for behavior my neko (with skins) is sleeping as I'm trying the annnd it's awake

the longer you let this cat live on your phone, the more it feels like a real cat! it's limited in actions..but cats kinda do that anyways. they just be cats doing catty cat stuff, over and over everyday. I think that's the best part..simple, yet catty. like how it can just lay down and sleep right on a video..that's real. it's so tiny that it's not really in the way, and it's so cute that you hesitate to move it, but just a drop of annoying that it wants you to see it more than the video. cats.

It doesn't do anything. It just sleeps in the middle of the screen. My mate who told me about this app said it's supposed to move but it just sleeps. It's cute tho

Hurrahhh ! Neko is back here on Android from the old windows days. ! After an initial run it seem to only sit in the middle of the screen sleeping. Can anything be done about it?
