Bad app. It resets every few minutes. I have entered my info over 10 times trying to make a reservation and yet I couldn't. Moreover, some airport Yelo branches working hours aren't in sync with flight schedules.

أسوأ خدمة تأجير سيارات AVOID AT ALL COST Booked and paid in full 1 day before my flight and when I reached the airport they couldn't activate my booking and give me a car? I asked for a refund or cancellation and make a new reservation.... they guy said he can't (system won't allow him) I asked for a full refund so I can rent a car from any of the other companies at the airport..they said we can't, please call customer service! After 6hrs, they called and said they'll refund me in 14 days 😡

I booked using the app three times. The pros: in new jeddah airport i never wait in the counter inside the airport. I simply go to the garage and pickup the car. The cons: 1- workers will try their best to make you pay for gas even if you filled it right before delivering the car. 2-the Madina branch ripped us off asking for more money than what we already paid on the app because they claimed the system did not reflect the correct price online. Not my problem but try that 30 min before departure

Worst experience, everytime I rent a car is worse than the before. Sitting in the airport waiting as the system is down for many hours now and yet customer service can't provide answers. I totally don't recommend anyone for this experience. Moreover, one week now for just trying to get confirmation for refund but couldn't, is this a new way to get the customer bored for asking back there money?

Bad experience with this application, Always giving error for missing data which is not clear, I thinks you should ask for enhancements for this app and a customers experience

Very bad i made a reservation and all is well till i go and get the car they told me my iqama is not legible to rent a car.. And compromised to wait for the refund within 7-14days😳
