Cancelled 2 hours after booking for the evening, second time I've used the app and second time they've cancelled. Needs a feature which tells you there is none available rather than confirming so you assume you have a taxi and then cancelling hours later so you can't get where you need to be.

The app is terrible the driver was rude and I got a call to tell me that I have to stop booking because I booked too many taxis when the app told me that the booking didn't go through. I was told to learn to use the app very rude panther cabs are so much better

What's the point of booking a taxi literally 12hrs ahead of time for a flight if they're gonna be late and make you misd it? Absolutely atrocious, should've stuck with panther

After the app redesign. It all stopped working which is sad, because it used to be a good app. Now, I open the app and a spinning loading wheel appears and seemingly continues to eternity. And I don't have until eternity. So until anything happens with is, I'll reside with panther. I run android 10, march security update 2020.

A taxi app that takes your money and then tells you there is no availability. Not only that, 2 - 3 days for a refund so you can't afford to book one from another company!! Disgraceful.
