I ALMOST bought the subscription service for this, but there was one annoying problem that I was fighting with. One of my cameras was not listed on the Viewer list. My set is as follows. 1.) Samsung S10e [Android 11]: This is my main viewer phone, where I will be monitoring the other cameras. 2.) Samsung Note II [Android 4.3]: This is my camera phone. The phone I will be monitoring the most. 3.) Laptop [Windows 10]: Another camera that I installed for testing to see if it'll even show up as listed on my main viewer phone. -I installed the app on both Samsung phones and navigated to the website and used their WebCamera option. -I linked up all devices to the same account. -I signed into the same account on all devices. -Only the laptop showed up on the list. I found a bizarre way to access the Note II camera phone. Everytime there was a motion detected on that camera, it would notify my S10e phone. I would tap on the notification and it would bring up a page that has access to all the footage on that Note II camera phone. As soon as I navigate away or close out, I have lost access. I have to go up to that phone and wave my hand in front of it so I can get another notification to be able to access it. That's really annoying. I'm able to access the laptop footage easily, but that's not the case with my old phone. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. If I'm going to pay up for this app yearly, I might as well invest in an actual wi-fi security system that has easier access than this.

The paid application is recommended, the only downfall that I have seen is the quality which is also the camera but you can catch a lot of details that are outside of view a little distance away and needs a little picture quality adjustment and you can't adjust it without a third party application and who has time for all of that. I live in an unsafe area everyone has cameras and the need for a quality picture is somewhat necessary at times.

Overall a good app with good features for a reasonable price, along with the free version. Might want to be careful when using older phones. the phone I was using as a camera that was plugged into the wall and running 24/7 about 5 months just died and looking at it it appears the battery expanded and was bulging out the back of the device. I dont think it was the apps fault but I can't be sure. Gunna have to just get a regular camera now that I have no use for this app anymore.

Functionality has gotten bad lately. Kept telling me to upgrade to the newest version all though all devices were running the most current version. Downloaded and subscribed so I could keep an eye on my place while out of state but the app wouldn't work. I've had this in the past and it worked flawlessly, but this time around I couldn't get anything to work and by the time customer support replied to me I was already back from my trip. So basically I wasted $5.99. Yay.

I love this app. It is perfectly fine in the free version, but I upgraded to premium mostly as appreciation for an excellent app. The added features were merely a bonus to me. I recommend this app to anyone and everyone irl. I see under 'what's new' there is mention of permission guidance. I am unable to find that in the app or helpdesk. I specifically would like to know why body sensor permission is required. Thanks for an incredible app!

Seems to connect to any device and does everything I need it to more control all around as compared to some of the high end security systems I've looked at and I installed this myself quickly with no hassle and can connect to as many devices you want I don't see any thing wrong with the convenience and performance of this handy and trust Worthy app for safety and security purposes.

I reccommend this app only for free use - did a premium purchase, but it doesn't show up in Google subscriptions. Account management is horrible - nowhere to see my payments, account status changes, when premium will end, the option to cancel (or a visible shortcut to subscription management page in Google/Apple) or any related info about premium things. Also - the only way to log in is through Google or Apple. So I can't log in through e-mail only - where google is not an option. As a free home camera solution - it's ok. The ads are very unintrusive. And setup is easy as pie. I recommend this one!

I've downloaded the app on my Android phone . I got a message that this phone can only be used as a camera now and not a viewer . I opened the application and then it gets stuck on one screen so I cannot set up my phone as the camera. For example I get a screen saying : Continue with Google , Continue with email , Continue with Apple. I choose 'google' option and you get a screen that you can't click on. The stuck screen says " Choose an account " to continue to Alfred Camera. It's just a screen with no links to click on (useless), just some dummy screen that stops the whole process in its tracks. If I wanted my laptop to be the viewer would I also need to download the app ? When I try to download the green button says 'installed' and is greyed out . Yesterday I tried for hours to get the installation on my laptop but it gave a strange message saying 'it will install it '. Please provide some accurate instructions , screen by screen to ensure we are doing the correct actions required otherwise this is wasting my time.

This is a great app and I have been using this for a long time. I would absolutely recommend this as a free app to anybody. This is wonderful if you are trying to view anything from children to pets to security. I have almost bought the subscription to it but there is a few problems that I have had with it. 1. The night time view is horrible! There is absolutely no night vision. 2. There is no light filter for me to adjust in low lighting.

I have been using this app occasionally for several years. We bought another security system and this works works better and is definitely more user friendly. Thanks "Alfred" It works great as a free app. I am considering the paid app. Only issue is keeping my old phone charged. Which has nothing to do with the app, but inconvenient where I have it located. Will give 5 stars if I subscribe for the upgrade and like it!
