Service is fast and perfect. I am used to calling other companies and then wait for 2-3 hours (if i am lucky) to get replacement of cylinder but not with AD LPG. They have online service where one can register easily, order as well as pay online. Moreover, it gives status updates of driver with his name and number. So it gets delivered to doorstep without any hassle.

Always late delivery. Poor customer support. If we call they will always tell " Will deliver in 30/40 minutes". But... Our cook was waiting for 2 hours for Gas after their promised deliverey time and left for another work.

The delivery and the communication was very good but I chose ADNOC to get the blue cylinders not the red ones and I was really disappointed. I tried to communicate to the customer service but till now no response for the past 3 days and and not only this they gave another company booklet to re- fill I hope I get an answer to my inquiry now rather than being ignored !!!! -------- I have put the above comment on the 25 Nov and guess what !!! No one had replied to my email and its now 25 Dec20
