This Taxi App urgently needs a 'Send Location' option. As a customer I should be able to use this app to send my current location when I book a taxi, so that it is easier for the driver to find me. Sometimes you are in a location where you don't know the address... a 'send my location map' would be such a benefit!

Never reliable. Always. 5 mins after the booking they would text that no car is available. Happens all the time especially when im heading to the airport.

Every couple of days I have to Uninstall then install to get a taxi. I always freezed plus taxi drivers never use the customer location from application, we need to send them WhatsApp location!! I don't feel safe because of this!!

The worst experience ever , the taxi app doesn't work most of the time . And the drivers aren't trained to use it at all . Don't bother even download it , it will waste your time . I tried it for a whole week and everytime I get to my destination 1 hour later . Its better for you to just stand in the street and wave at any available taxi instead of using this unoptimised app

This app is NOT GOOD AT ALL. Since I've come to Abu Dhabi this app is giving trouble. I really wish abu dubai had an app like Careem Taxi Service in dubai because that one is easy to use, very fast and allows you to type in your location freely. This app is not picking up your location and when you try to type it in manually its not accepting the location because its not showing up on their list! It's frustrating and useless. Just a waist of time
