September 16, 2012 - Motorola Droid 4 - Version 4.0.4 Got this phone yesterday and installed BBC Radio today and it says that it's "Playing" but absolutely nothing here in New York City! Hope Selwyn is correct and that there's a glitch, a temporary one I hope. The app worked perfectly on my previous phone, a Droid 2 Global.

This looks wonderful, but never worked. I tried Gazza's tip, but it didn't work. TuneIn radio app works perfectly. All I wanted was BBC world service! They should make an app for just WS, and have it work well!

This app is bugged for many . WELL I HAVE A PERFECTLY FUNCTIONING FIX!...Simply go to your fav stations via bbc site and play them... when asked by your device.. select to open with this app... once playing, favorite it.. can be played directly from app ever after no problems..

I can never get Radio 1 to work with my new phone ( Droid 4 Android 3.2), shoutcast isn't as bad. Usually I can get it to play. I would really love to hear The Essential Mix again.

htc evo 3d in the US. does this app not work in the US or on certain phones? much like other users, mine just goes to a black screen when launching any station.

I have only used this app since mid September. I loved it and now am getting seriously cross with it, too temperamental and unpredictable, sometimes works perfectly and at other times just will not connect or cuts off for no obvious reason. Please fix it, it is great when it works.

Crashes my samsung note 2 every time. Used to listen to the bbc on another online player then the bbc did there own thing using the tax payers billions. It doesnt work at all. Useless...no radio for me... WTF!

I found all of my BBC and Absolute stations plus many more NOT available on my PC's Radio Player. My problem is showing the BBC logo when not listening to BBC. I can deal with for now. Thank you so much.

To me it was a matter of luck - half of my attempts to listen to the radio resulted in good hangs - sometimes with phone soft reboot! But still better than the other BBC player - it didn't hang, but didn't play the radio.
